Rooms were clean. The lobby was clean and the staff were OK. The breakfast was adequate. The beds were comfortable. The shower had adequate pressure stayed for four nights and did not have any problem. Parking was free, but you have to put a free parking tag in your car.

Property seems better on the outside than the outdated worn room i personally had. A bit over priced for what I got. Breakfast was definitely a miss as not much there or available at 7am. I was passing through but would not stop back when going through again in a few weeks

Very clean room. Staff was very helpful.

The breakfast could have been better.

Lake of green tea sachets. There was no shower gel and shampoo when we came in. I had to ask them to fill-in. AC was making loud nouse and it was a disturbed sleep.

This was a very nice hotel and I would highly recommend to anybody!
-
Clean room with comfortable beds. We really appreciated the breakfast, very good selection.
-
Although the hotel was busy it was very quiet in our room. The shower was great and the room was clean. Breakfast was cold and not well stocked.
-
Walls are thin. It has a bad smell and stink bugs
-
Also, the walls must be paper thin because we could hear the person in the room next to us all night wether he was coughing/sneezing or having a conversation it seemed like he was in the room with us

Room was clean, but it looked a bit worn and rust stain on tub. I just needed a quick place during family member’s hospital stay, so it worked. I won’t stay at this particular hotel next time.

The bed was clean and comfortable and the noise level from outside was minimal. The bathroom water was hot fast and pressure was good in the shower. The breakfast area was well stocked and clean with a decent selection of breakfast food. Nice location close to IU. The place could use some updates but comfortable hotel. We would book again.

Also our bed could use a new one. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Sheets and towels had stains. Bathroom was beat up (no TP holder, drawers wouldn't shut). In the morning we heard ,what I think was, a housekeeper on the phone yelling at her kid and telling them they were getting drug tested. Shortly after I walked to the elevator where a housekeeper was actually vaping weed. I could smell it and see the vape in her hand. She was friendly though! Definitely wouldn't stay here again.

I have stated this hotel multiple times over the years and it has always been spectacular, but this time was a different story. As soon as we walked in the front doors, it looked like it hasn’t been very well maintained for quite a while. The carpets in the hallways were dirty, the elevators had an horrible odor to them, and there were random clothes just laying in the hallways, for multiple days. As I went to open the door to my room, it would barely open. The floor was sticky as I was walking on it, like it hasn’t been mopped in months. The bathroom door was broken, and the mirrors were filthy. The air conditioner did not work and the room looked like it was barely cleaned. Called the front desk clerk, he did come up and fixed the bathroom door and said that the air conditioner would have to run for an hour or so to cool the room down. We stayed there a total of three nights and the room never got any cooler than 76°. I will not ever stay at this location ever again.

Room was small. A/C wasn’t controllable, bathroom had many issues- beat up barn door with no lock, chipped baseboards and floor tile, no caulk where shower floor meets shower walls do dirty and gross, old mineral stained shower curtain was added to replace what once was a shower door, refillable wall-mounted body wash and shampoo were both empty. Breakfast buffet was bad too/ oatmeal was thick as concrete, no eggs, no yogurt, bacon super greasy and all stuck together. Terrible service. Just not a typical Hampton Inn experience.
