Housekeepers - very friendly and helpful! Room - cute and A/C worked well! Parking - not so great, but the lot down the street a bit was fine Kayaks - not maintained, ie no seats with backrests We used Mike's kayaking on Hickory - close and very affordable

This is a cute little place. The kayaks were fun to use and the bicycles came in handy! You can pretty much walk to a lot of places (including the beach). The view was beautiful and everything was kept clean.

Staff was very helpful, kind, willing to help get around and do much more. BF was nice, I love a toasted bagel with cream cheese but they have many more choices and the coffee was great too! Very clean room and WiFi was helpful. I loved all the extras. Since our room faced the deck and dock. We saw a dolphin one morning an alligator another morning and other guest were catching fish because they provide fishing reels and I think they provide lures. Also kayaks, water boards and floats and shell sifters too! A nice little hot tub as well. Great place we want to come back to Latitudes again!!!

This location was perfect for our purposes. The back dock area was amazing. Parking was a bit tricky, but worked. Room was clean and all we needed.

Very convenient hotel to access Bonita Beach. The hotel staff was friendly, everything was clean, the location is beautiful with a dock on the water if you need to get picked up by a boat!

The big problem with the installation is the parking, we spend a lot of work with the parking.

Second time to stay a week here, and it never disappoints. Staff is amazing and go beyond to help...actually got to see a dolphin in the canal.
