Front staff was excellent. There were some questionable stains in the bed and when I showed them pictures were quickly taken to show housekeeping and then I was given new bedding.

The room was good. Check in was ok. Breakfast was a disappointment. Broken waffle machine. Poor bread selection. Only hoops as cereal, one container of which was empty and the other nearly empty. The eggs were empty til we asked for more. The staff member used bear hands to fill bread container, no gloves, then proceeded to empty the bins pushing rubbish down with bear hands then went back to food duties. He began removing breakfast items at 8.50am. breakfast is supposed to be until 9am. Sausages were stone cold. No danish pastries. Only banana & nut muffins. No good if nut allergy. Swimming pool out of use. A disgusting colour, chairs piled high. Gate chained. Poor compared to other la Quinta we have stayed in.

The hotel shows signs of neglect in its upkeep. We encountered a small insect in our room. The breakfast selection seemed limited.

Hotel is very clean, bed was very comfortable. Great standard hotel breakfast in the morning that starts at 5am, which my husband and I appreciated being early risers on a road trip. Would definitely stay here again in the future!

This location looks as though it went through a recent renovation. The exterior was clean, updated and inviting. Lobby was updated with large TV and sitting area, small sundries area was well stocked with necessities and clean. Check in area was updated as well and not cluttered with advertising or other nonsense. Staff were relatively friendly and quick to get me checked in. Elevator, hallways and general areas also looked updated, were clean and safe. My room was great, super clean, neutral colors and relaxing. Small microwave, coffee maker and mini fridge all worked well and were clean, ready for use. The bathroom was super clean and updated. Plenty of towels and needed toiletries. There is an indoor pool, which I did not use. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay. Very comfortable and I would definitely recommend and stay at this property again.

The front desk clerk didnt know how to check me in and it took 10 minutes longer than it should have. The keys given to me to my room didn't work and I had to leave my family in the hallway to go get new ones. not a good first impression.
