Staff very helpful and kind. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, A/C worked just fine. Easy parking right by our unit. If in the area, for sure would stay there again.

This is a well-maintained, unpretentious mid-century motel in a quiet location. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. I'd definitely stay here again.

Friendly staff, clean room, quiet location, old motor lodge style hotel, would stay here again.

Nice lady greeted us and made us feel welcome. Not fancy but clean and certainly met our needs. Simple old motor lodge style place but comfortable. I'd certainly stay there again.

Very nice alternative to the chain hotels in Bowling Green. Clean, safe, comfortable and easy to reach.

Was terrible place to stay

We choose this property for the high rating it received and the location. Check-in was friendly and place was clean. The heater/air conditioning was so loud we could barely hear the television. Tiles in the bathroom were missing on the floor, and caulking was generously applied to cover other issues. The place didn't feel fresh, paint doesn't cover up everything even though it was clean. It's one of those cases where the rating system doesn't give you the whole picture. It is not somewhere we would stay more than one night.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming! The room was spotless, super cozy, and the bed felt like I was sleeping at home! My son is in college and it’s the perfect location, a quick, easy drive to BGSU, yet in a quiet area close to all the restaurants and stores. Will definitely stay again!!!

I'm not sure what I was expecting out of this motel, but any expectations were blown out of the water. The staff was very friendly and thorough, the room was wonderul and had personality. Parking was right by the room. 10/10

This is a motel, and old-fashioned motel. It's not fancy, it's dated, but it's clean and you can park right outside of your door. Our beds were comfortable, like a bed at home. Bring toiletries and your hair dryer. It's near shopping but far enough away that it's quiet. Also it's a really easy drive from campus. Staff was lovely. AC / heating unit is adequate but loud. Keep your expectations lower and you'll be just fine.

This is a very clean, very well kept no frills property. It’s perfect for a traveler on a budget.

Small, family-owned motel. My room was a bit small, but fine for me, and it was very clean and beautifully decorated; the walls in mine were turquoise and reminded me of something we saw in the Keys. Not something you usually see in the chain hotels. Limited amenities, but there was a fridge and microwave in the room, and coffee and snacks in the office, which is situated in a small house on the property. Keyless door entry, you don't even need a card, which I liked. Ample parking on the property. About 1 1/2 miles from downtown, so it's very convenient. I stayed here once many years ago, and was happy to see it was still around and still as I remembered.

The heating/cooling unit had poor temperature control. I had to get up to turn it on or off because it would heat the room too much then once off the room would coot to the point of having to turn it back on. There were many shops nearby. It was exactly the original road side motels before hotels came about.

Last minute booking, quick overnight stay! This is a small mom and pop motor lodge. Comfortable, quiet, clean and front desk was very friendly. Would stay again if in the area!
