Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Bowling Green

Room was fine but some things were odd, like a phone that wasn’t connected at all - so why leave it in the room? Front desk staff could be a little tricky to find.

When we arrived our tv was not working and we found a two dirty socks on floor by the air conditioning unit. We called at 9am in the morning to report the issues and ask for 3 towels. When we returned to our room at 9pm, the tv was fixed but the pair of dirty socks were still laying on the floor and our towels had not been delivered. We called the front desk and the man at the desk said I had to send someone down to get the towels. My daughter went to get the towels and the man handed her the towels with the top one having a long dark hair on it and it was stained. She pointed out the hair and he picked it off and threw it on the floor. My daughter told him she did not want that dirty towel and the man was offended, but went in the back to get a “new” towel. My daughter asked about someone coming to remove the dirty socks and the man asked her to put them in the hallway. My daughter told him she was not going to touch them and told him he needed to come up and remove the dirty socks. He came up about a half hour later with a napkin laughing about the socks. He picked them up and left. No apologies for the towels or dirty socks. It was very disappointing and frustrating.

Everything was good except the swimming pool floor need to be remodeled

Room 305 had a blood or poop stain on the underside of the toilet bowl rim upon arrival

Staff was very friendly, and the room was clean. This location seemed to be well taken care of and the breakfast that was offered had something everyone could eat, even me. I am gluten free and the hotel offered gluten free muffins, yogurt, turkey sausage, and even scrambled eggs. This is a rare find. We checked in a room with 4 people and only had towels for 3 people. The conditioner bottle was completely empty, but the shampoo and body wash were full. The beds could be a little softer. I also felt like the room got very warm at night and wish the fan on the AC would just run continuously so that there was air being circulated in the room even when the AC wasn't running.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choices.

Overall, it was a great place to stay! Nothing negative to say about it and I would definitely stay there again! A+++++ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff at this hotel is EXTREMELY accommodating. I am very impressed with my experience with them.

If you want to try to connect your Netflix to the TV dont bother it doesnt work. If you get to breakfast past 8:00am expect the grab and go stuff to not be stocked (they were out of Nutella packets...chocolate milk...and yogurt).

I felt the staff seemed totally apathetic and not versed in customer service. Was not made aware that there was no housekeeping. When husband asked for towels he was handed a face towel-asked for bath towels sent to room-never arrived. Same breakfast every morning for yrs. Eggs are horrible.
