Very nice. Live music on the weekends.

The place is clean the staff is great. The problem is the fees! They hold $200 a day for incidentals and they charge $28 a day for self parking so if you’re not expecting it or on a strict budget this hotel is not a good stay. I recommend the wine tasting and the spa if you can swing it

I had a billing issue which was efficiently addressed and staff were attentive to my needs. Their care for their guests is exemplary

Everything was perfect!

Overall good but missing the items that make it great. My room was not ready until well past 5pm, over an hour after check-in time. Didn’t even offer me a credit for a coffee or glass of wine. Shower was not clean enough. The coffee shop on my second morning was closed as the barista had not shown up. No one thought to put self-serve coffee in the lobby so I had to drive off property to Starbucks. Rooms was a great size and parts of the property are very pretty. Honestly, the resort fee given it does not give you access to the spa is a little ridiculous.

Very thin walls in rooms at The Inn. I felt like I hear everything in the hallways and people coughing in neighboring rooms. So many things to rave about. Would recommend if you’re looking for a weekend away from the hustle and bustle.

This was a 10/10 experience. I booked for my girlfriend’s birthday and we both had an amazing time. Definitely would recommend to anyone that needs a break and a hard reset.

The Wine tour The shuttle was great Food was good I have been here several times but when I drove up I told my wife something has changed and from there I wasn't wrong ;I called a while ago and requested certain room accommodations and I checked the night before we drove there;they were not honored don't know why ;had trouble getting the room on which I had to assist very hard by asking cleaning crew myself but while waiting I cut my finger on one of your chairs not good and it added to me and my wife was upset as we sat and waited not good if I hadn't of took lead I really think we would of got screwed over thank God for Lonnie he helped us out and made us feel comfortable a definite asset to the entire resort;other than cutting my finger all else went well smile Clean your pool We smelt marijuana in the hallways a big turnoff Open the pool at 600 in the am a plus for early risers More bell men Have rooms cleaned and ready before hand Lots of trash around pool area Towels left all around pool area Water was leaking out of shower in the room on to the floor could cause water damage I kept asking did the management change because before it was totally different Again thanks

The resort was beautiful and the staff were very accommodating!

Outside of the tour of the winery and the outstanding tour guide, Hannah, everything else was average.

Great hotel, always a pleasure to stay at Chateau Elan.

A cacophony of disturbances! There was a wedding that disturbed my peace. The Inn should have been exclusively resereved for the rude wedding guests. I was awaken from my sleep at 9am by drums and obnoxious chanting and cheering. There was zero regard for other paying guests. The toilet inside my suite, by the way I paid over $500 a night for, was rushing on and off. I called maintenance and he came juggled the handle and left. Of course I had to deal with the issue again. The furniture and carpet had stains. The room was halfway cleaned. They had the audacity to try and charge me for mini bar items I never touched. I even brought my own water. The room itself had a musty old odor and is in dier need of updating. Everything about this place was overpriced and underwhelming. My experience was comped slightly but I've had better stays for far less.

I had the pleasure of spending the weekend at Chateau Elan, and it was truly a wonderful experience. The property is absolutely beautiful, with a relaxing atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway, a girls' trip, or simply a weekend to recharge, Chateau Elan is definitely worth the visit.

My husband and I celebrated our first anniversary at Chateau Elan. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was courteous and helpful. We dined a Fleur De Lis because they had vegan options, it was lovely. Our room was excellent. This was our first stay but certainly not our last.
