Just okay if you need a place to sleep

I came into the place with two beds and one had pee in it and the staff not only did not give us a refund but was ready to leave us with no place to stay, and so we had to settle with the one bed then accused us of doing it and not taking accountability for the situation.

Solid room for a good price. Lots of good locations nearby for food and activity. Room was simple but nice and clean.

Colony motel is in a very convenient location for me, which is why i stay there. Room is clean, beds are fairly comfortable and the shower is always good. For the price, i consider it a good value!!

Many things in the room were broken or dilapidated. But the important things like AC, hot water, and toilet were all working.

Room was smelly and old

There was a dirty towel in the closet of the room. The water in the shower kept loosing pressure then gaining it again. The pillow case appeared to have mascara on it. The beds are more like a full size than an actual queen. You have to ask for the password to access the Wi-Fi.
