Very nice, clean, modern hotel with decent sized rooms for Brooklyn, nice bathrooms and shower. Very pet friendly although you have to walk down the block for a dirt/grassy place for the dog to pee. Parking on the street was actually easier than I thought it would be.
-
Staff was friendly and place was clean. Breakfast was very nice.
-
Terrible place dirty and smelly and moldy and no parking
-
Mini fridge, desk, street parking not too difficult, staff very friendly, good connection to subway, price is right and pet friendly. Can’t go wrong.
-
The light breakfast was also convenient. Great for a short stay.
-
Great for people who have dogs
-
It’s. Clean no frills and in a strange spot but felt safe . For the procure it was perfect-ac was great and really needed it
-
Filthy, smelled of weed Cheap , dirty, disgusting
-
They claim to be 100 percent smoke free, but we had to walk through a cloud of marijuana to get to our room on the 4th floor, it seeped into our room overnight, and they were smoking again first thing in the morning. Staff didn't care, and we had to insist on changing rooms to the ground floor, which didn't smell as bad, but we had to keep our curtains closed due to the homeless people across the road.
-
Room showed a lot of wear and tear and could smell second hand smoke Good price and location
-
The staff was really nice. Switched rooms 3x for cleanliness/smell.
-
It is good for 1 or 2 day stay.
-
First off, the room was very dirty where my clothes had stains. The bathroom mirror was dirty and was not properly wiped down. The AC not working as it should, the room was hot and was not cooling at all. The remote to the television was not to be found, in-till I remove the mattress. I wish the hotel was in better condition and was coming completely comfortable to others liking.
-
Weed smell at entrance. Very quiet rooms. But bathroom shower keeps vibrating because of train. I think its an overpriced hotel

I spent one night here to catch a cruise ship. I didn't expect much but was pleased with the helpful staff and very nice breakfast. The neighborhood is working class/industrial but the inn was a notch above. If I had more time, I would have explored the reportedly wonderful deli on 4th Street.
-
Smelled like smoke the whole hotel, and people were super loud at 4 am
-
It's a new hotel that's fully remodeled so the rooms are very nice and clean. Eventhough, it clearly states everywhere that it is a 100 percent smoke free place, please still smoke weed and cigarettes in their rooms. The hallways are not carpeted which is great, but the noise travels and with the closing of doors, the ringing of the elevator and people coming in drunk in the middle of the night, it was really noisy and there was very little sleep.
-
The room was basic and can use some renovations. The position of the bathroom sink to the toilet was odd.
-
Quiet and comfortable
-
Nothing. Hotel was sitting under a express way so so loud especially at night. Bed linen were made out of polyester sleeping in them were no joke. Pillows lacked neck support
