Suburban Studios Brunswick of I-95

They didn’t have any linens when we went into the hotel room. I had to call to the front desk, which there was no telephone number. I had to call a national reservation number to get the front desk number, but once the girl found out, she brought down the towels in the washcloth, but even though it seems that they had a recent remodel, one thing I didn’t like is they wanted to charge me an extra charge to have a first floor room and I’m handicap that didn’t sit real right with me and I told him that was was not gonna fly

The property was surprisingly nice for the price. There was some strange people that were lingering around. It did however feel safe.

Their room could have been a little bit cleaner, there was hair in the bottom of the bathtub, it looks like a man had shaved some of his shaving was behind the sink. Other than that everything else was great

The staff here is always so helpful. I feel very safe knowing they diligently watch the cameras and are willing to let guests know if they see anything in question. I had one of two things to report to maintenance and those issues got resolved in a timely manner. The location is very convenient because it’s so close to highway 95. Also, as noisy as it tends to get off 341 this hotel has enough distance that you never hear any of the normal sounds you might consider a nuisance or a hindrance to a good nights rest.

Two downsides: 1. No hot water for shower 2. Lots of sketchy people loitering, walking around. Had to sign a sheet saying I understood no fighting, no drugs, must be dressed if outside room. This was a pit stop for me on my way home. Great value. I would stay there again, especially if they get their hot water issue resolved.

Overbooked!!! But they still took my money. I had to go to another hotel.

I was happy with my stay. It’s a great location. Also, it feels very safe.

The room wasn’t very clean. Dusty, dirty floors, trash under the bed, brown stained tub. But it was quiet, the staff was friendly, and the price was reasonable. We were helped quickly when we needed it, and left alone when we didn’t, and I was able to bring my puppy. The new kitchenette in the rooms are a nice addition to the remodel.

Lock was busted on the door and the sheets were all stained

Room was clean and desk staff very nice. Ice machine didn't work. Heard a beeping fire alarm all night and slamming doors throughout night, so not a good night of sleep.

Room was disgusting, roach infested, mold, dirty refrigerator, no plug in worked, no light in kitchen area, bed linens stained, no towels or wash clothes. Front desk was rude and very unhelpful. No stay over service offered. Had to ask for clean bed linens

For the price you can’t beat it. Friendly staff and when things are broken or not working they fix it. Just wish the ice machine and more of the washer and dryers were working

We always have a good stay here. And the general manager is so nice

Everything was great, we really enjoy staying here and the general manager (I forget her name) is so nice and kind.

We did not check in. Several guests were in the lobby. One had mental health.issues and apparently was staying there long term. Another guy appeared homeless and was arguing with the clerk. Another homeless looking guy was carrying a bicycle up the stairs. We did not feel safe and booked a room in a different hotel. I think you should evaluate.this hotel rating.
