Clean room easy parking. Nice staff.

What I will say positively is that the front office staff person was helpful and when we left 20 minutes after arriving they gave us a full refund.

I thought the bed was semi comfortable, but my biggest issue was. The first night there were a few loud people right above me between the hours of 10pm till around 1am. I know this is not a facility issue but it didn’t seem like the staff said anything to them and we were literally the first room next to the lobby, so I know the staff could hear them as clearly as I did. It’s a great location with lots of restaurants and freeway close.

Our room had a door that connected to the next room. It was boarded up on the inside but the door on our side wouldn’t stay shut. It was unnerving. We left at 9 am and nothing was set out for breakfast.

Clean rooms overall, helpful staff, great parking, genuinely just a straight forward hotel that gets the job done with no worries at all. 8/10👍

Older property, but well maintained. Close to airport. Convenient shuttle to and from airport. Clean rooms.

Dirty room. Towels were dirty as well. Bed was super hard and uncomfortable.

The location is great and the view of the bay was beautiful but the room didn’t have AC and the dresser had a men’s urinal bottle inside the drawer which was gross.

The hotel was conveniently located near the airport. However, the cleanliness of the room was not satisfactory. The floor was sticky, and there was a noticeable moldy odor.

Location was great for airport travel, it was nice to have a good trail to walk along the water. Could watch jets take off and land. Felt safe. The room was good for us and our dog, shower hot, bed was comfortable. Free parking was great and offset the dog fee. Man at the front desk was nice. We would stay again

Location near the airport, has free airport shuttle service. Comfortable bed, third floor is top floor. Very helpful staff.

Nice staff, great amenities, and the airport shuttle service made everything super convenient. Had a comfortable stay and would definitely come back! Unlike “luxury” hotels in Vegas, this business has both a fridge and a microwave, super convenient!!

Check in and out is a breeze. The staff is nice. The room was clean. Only complaint is the that ac didn’t work as well as it should. I only stayed 1 night and this place served its purpose. I would stay here again. Best price for the hotels around the area.

Really nice and convenient place to stay at

Parking was easy and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Staff was not so friendly. Specially the day crew. Prepare yourself to be disappointed, specially if you travel a lot. Don’t set your bar too high. They try to set their price like other places minus the good customer service.

I selected this inn because of the high ratings and was shocked when i saw the condition of the hotel. During the week I was there, my normal hotel was $700 a night and i got this one for around $250 and thought it was a deal cause it was ocean view. The bathroom light nonstop flickered the whole time, the airport noise was so loud they left ear plugs on the night stand. Tried to turn on heat and it was louder than the jets taking off. No ac or heat without loud noises. If you are sensitive to noises and need ac or heat when its hot or cold, find another spot. If you are on a budget and just need a place to crash, this may be for you. View was beautiful!
