Location. Size The workers are wonderful! Roaldo, Daniel, Raul, Tony, Antonio and Irma. You could have more options for the special of the day at the pool Bar. The food is excellent! The restaurant pricing is a bit high, if it was less , more people would dine there.

Location is excellent The resort is really showing it's age and desperately needs updates.

Very spacious rooms, kitchenette was very nice to have. They offer daily housekeeping which was great. We also utilized the laundry which was needed for us! Overall very clean property with helpful and friendly staff. The dishwasher bottom rack was broken and rusty. The jacuzzi bath seemed dirty. No hot tub.

The property at the end of the hotel zone but not too far from the Airport. The beach is clean, the service is great and so is the staff. The breakfast buffet came in handy and the fresh juice was great but will clean you out. The doors in your room make noise and crack a lot due to the wind but that was it and the drinks and food are a little on the high side

It had a kitchen. Full size refrigerator, and coffee maker. Very Tiny closet. The room smelled like mold. The bed and pillows were hard. No easy access parking. The only place to smoke was out front with no bench or shade. Very little beach area, and the beach was dirty. We paid through Booking.com. It stated the room was $52 usd per night, but we were charged $260, then charged another $268usd when arriving at the hotel for taxes and resort fees, then another $160 usd when checking out for additional taxes and housekeeping. Rip off. The cafe and restaurant we only open limited hours. Not happy with the place at all.

No good mattress on the sofabed.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in an expansive one bedroom + living room + kitchen + 2 bathrooms suite. East access to the airport as it is in the southernmost part of the hotel zona. Lovely beachfront with umbrellas and chairs and service.parking included in our stay. Price but it was during high Christmas season

Breakfast buffet was great! Custom cooked omelettes were amazing, and Eligio our waiter was fantastic. Loved the food and all of the staff. Lobby staff helped call us a taxi to the airport and were super helpful. Room wasn't as advertised. Sliding door to the patio was bolted shut and there are no windows that can be opened. Room, which was on the first floor, smelled like a sewer pretty strongly. No coffee provided with the coffee maker. Concierge tried pressuring us into a club membership presentation.

The pools and beach area was beautiful. The 1 bedroom suite was amazing and kitchen was well appointed. The Staff was very attentive to our every need. I would highly recommend the Club Regina Cancun.

I run a housekeeping department myself back in England and from my point I can say the accommodation and all facilities on site are very, very clean. Reception, restaurant and bar staff are very welcoming and friendly. Very good location if you want to catch the bus to travel around the hotel zone and Cancun. Access to the beach is easy. The site itself is dated, but it's cosy and clean. I would definitely recommend this place and I hope to stay there again next year. The only downside was a surprise upon arrival about extra payment for a resort fee, which hasn't been stated on booking.com, so be aware of what.

Smaller property, easy to navigate Good choices not great

The room was very spacious and clean. There was plenty of space for toiletries, storage and a full-sized fridge for any groceries. The beds were very comfortable! Staff was professional, kind, and very accommodating for any requests we had. The beach was beautiful, with a quieter, private feel and we always had a chair. The bus was also easily accessible. It was a wonderful stay and I would come back! Check in was after 4pm. They did their best to accommodate us, and we were able to use facilities and stay at the beach while we waited

The Club Regina is directly on the ocean. The beach is beautiful. The resort is small and personal, a very different vibe from the big, mega resorts! The staff is wonderful and responsive. The resort is older and some areas need updating, but everything is in good working condition.

location don’t have all inclusive

Nothing DO NOT STAY HERE, threatened to call the POLICE because I was refusing to pay a so called “resort fees” that was not communicated in advance on the booking list. I saw some reviews about this so I was prepared but not at this level. I’ve contacted booking.con assistance in advance, they told me I’ve nothing else to pay and this “resort fee” I did not have to pay. At the check out the lady told us that we must pay this fee, I told them again and again that I’ve been folded by booking to don’t pay, they did not get me any manager or supervisor, at one point the threatened me to call the police if I was leaving with our paying. I’ve ended up paying this fee and run away from this scary place. A part from this, we found BUGS, little ANTS, pool under construction, seeweed on the beach and personal asking for tips. STAY AWAY avoid at all cost.

the pool was ok. First of all, they charge you an extra “resort fee” after your payments, they don’t tell you about it when you book a room. It’s super rude and guests are not waiting for this kind of surprises when they arrive after traveling. They also can’t explain what the fee is for. Also, the rooms are already super expensive for what you get. The rooms are old and don’t smell nice. They are only interested in your money and don’t really care about anything else. Like most of the places in this area. The pool is ok, the sea is always closed and doesn’t look like the pictures. Even the table tennis area needs an update, which doesn’t seem hard to do… We didn’t like our stay at all…

Clean, spacious rooms and friendly staff. I didn't get ocean view room. From pictures looked like I would. Only a 1 night stay so wasn't that big of a deal.
