The restaurant reservations. Sucked.

I didn't like anything
-
Close to ocean. Good was good Chairs around pools too close together. Music at pool too loud. Rooms could. Updated
-
Food is bad a specialty in a restaurants. Only option to it it’s one buffet!!!
-
Location Staff at front desk were arrogant and disrespectful
-
Great location, very friendly staff, nice services and a la carte restaurants, great entertainment options, especially for kids, awesome pools. Everything in the room was very old. Bathroom door didn’t close at all. Some of the outside furniture is also old.
-
A lot of activities for the kids, great location, clean rooms. It is nearly impossible to get a reservation in the restaurants, so we had to eat at the buffet every time. Definitely needs to improve that system.
-
Hotel can be a bit noisy at times, which is something to keep in mind. The food is okay, but I found there wasn't a lot of variety from day to day.
-
This was the perfect resort for our family with one of our children bringing a 3 & 5 year old with them and the other child only her boyfriend. Family spaces & couples only spaces!! The bathroom nearest the beach access was very dirty the whole week.
-
The pools. My kids loved the game room, and the snack bar at the pool. The Micheal Jackson show! The food could be better. The check-in took forever. You have to get up early to get a chair at the pool.

The facility was a bit dated— but clean and still nice. The buffet was disappointing as most meals all seemed the same — pork in gravy, pork in sauce, chopped, sliced pork— etc. but buffets did have a good selection of veggies. The staff were great and the meals in the restaurants onsite were delightful.

Everything they were racist

The Club room and area was fairly quiet at night. The club room breakfast was acceptable. All the Chairs on the beach or looking out at the ocean were "saved" by 8:30 in the morning and very few had people in them until 10 or 11 am. The elevators didn't always work. The rooms need much maintenance.
-
there was no electrical the hole morning ,no Ac,no light, no internet there was a dead person floating around the area my kids saw the ugly moment when they were caring out the body!! they need more lifeguards on site!!

The food was terrible. Every family member got sick. My wife was so sick she had to visit the hotel doctor for medicine. The buffet was bad. The restaurants, except for The Fishermen, was terrible. The pools are not heated and all were freezing. We could not swim. The place is crowded and noisy. The worst vacation of my life. I’d never go there again and warn Al to do the same. The food. The crowds. The noise. Every family member got sick. This was the worst holiday of my life. Food was bad. We all got sick. It’s a crowded noisy place and altar pools were too cold to enjoy.

Nothing Everything

They do not give you a Wi-Fi code when check in. Elevators don’t work There were no towels available at both locations no chairs available. So the basics are not covered then they promise you flowers and fruit basket in your room that you do not receive

Great beach front, well maintained, clean and lots of seating. Good pool areas, clean with lots of seating. Restaurants were good ( Wayne’s Boots Steak house was our favourite). Coffee and deli bar was really good in lobby area. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food at International buffet was average, long wait times at breakfast to get in. Beach bar was constantly lined up for drinks, additional staff in this area would have helped with the delays. Two of the four waterslides were not operational.

The pool area with the bar and fast food was great. The kids’ club with games was also really fun. I really enjoyed the nighttime shows, and the food service was excellent — you can even eat at 1 or 2 a.m. near the front lobby. I ate a lot and drank plenty of cocktails, juices, and alcohol, and I never got sick. the BEACH was really clean but people reserve the sits and they empty all day! I enjoyed the movie theater for kids during night! perfect if you just want to chill at the bar while they watch movies also there some board games and the night shows were amazing! We stayed here from January 1–5 and were very disappointed. The pool was extremely cold, and the alcoholic drinks seemed heavily diluted. The babysitting service was misleading it’s run by an outside company, requires advance notice, extra fees, and the kids club very beautiful and complete but i could not leave my 2 years old and then there is a baby club where you can stay there with your baby during all day and you can only leave your baby for a short window (11:00–12:45), which made it hard to enjoy our stay. We were not informed at check-in that specialty restaurants require early-morning QR reservations, so we couldn’t access them and were limited to the buffet. There was also a constant sewer-like smell, and the hotel was very crowded, affecting cleanliness and service.

Facilities were good. Lots to do for kids. The food was not good which was very disappointing for an all inclusive
