The location and the friendliness/ promptness of the staff. Upon arrival the place looked gorgeous just like the pictures. However, after becoming a little more settled in we noticed the sheets, bedding, & curtains had many stains. A staff member did come to change sheets immediately upon request. The shower clearly had mold in it & very dirty corners of the room. Toilet was running constantly, AC went out one night but staff attended to the fix immediately. We had some issues with the security box as well, staff provided a new one. I never went for a swim in the pool as it did not look clean.

The room was very unclean. Scuff marks on the walls, and there was hair in the bottom of the shower. Some plumbing issues are apparent, and during our stay there, our bathroom bidet broke, causing a flood in the bathroom. The location might be okay for partygoers, but be aware that you are right next to Finns Beach Club, which can be very loud. The loud music starts at about 1 pm and doesn't stop until roughly 12 am.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Hotel style room and bathroom are very spacious. But beware, the concrete floor can be slippery! This hotel is located across from Finns' beachclub/nightclub. Music is loud, but stops around midnight. Close to shops and resturants. If you come for the beachclubs and nightlife, this is the place for you. As 1st time visitors to Bali, we were not familiar with the location. Was not expecting loud music throughout day and night.

Room nice friendly staff When we got there when they were checking us in she said there’s some earplugs because the music is loud till 12 o’clock. Our room was shaking so we asked to get moved to another room further away from the street. They moved us and the music techno music was Going on till 3 AM after a 21 hour flight we were not able to sleep all night. We booked three nights and after the first night we checked out we asked for a refund but they said no refund. The staff says everyone complains about the music yet on booking.com The reviews all said nice hotel friendly staff and in a quiet location. This was far from a quiet location it was across the street from Finn which is a big nightclub and after the music stopped at three then all the drunk people were in the streets yelling for cabs so we didn’t sleep at all.

Everything was exceptional — a beautiful room, quiet pool, comfortable bed, delicious breakfast, and wonderfully friendly staff. Our room was near the back of the resort, and while you could hear music from nearby beach clubs, it wasn’t loud enough to disturb sleep (and I’m a very light sleeper).

The only problem we encountered was that there was construction work during our stay and sometimes it was noisy, and dusty.

Horrible experience, management tried to get more money out of me once I arrived. The room was full of mosquitoes. Then they used toxic spray and I had dead mosquitoes on the bed. The sink was dirty, bathroom door broken. It’s so loud! you can’t sleep!!! it’s bad location, traffic, noise etc. Lots of bug bites. Pool was out of order. Overall I truly enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The hotel is right in front of Finn's beach club. It's near the beach. Great for a quick walk to the beach to watch the sunset. Great location but wouldn't be ideal for anyone who wants somewhere quiet to relax. I'm satisfied with the amenities provided. The shower gels and shampoo smells great. I love it! My room is just right in front of the pool for a quick dip in the pool when I need, very convenient. The room was spacious and i had a comfortable night sleeping in. The staff all were really pleasant and friendly. The manager Abbie took time to learn about my experience staying here. Truly made my stay exceptional and wonderful. Would love to back here again ! I just didn't like that the shower didn't have a door for privacy.

Excellent location, right across from Finn’s! Friendly staff. Breakfast was included and great every morning. Room was clean and beach towels and water provided. Room was a little run down, door didn’t close properly, so bugs could get in. As expected, it was loud at night because of the clubs in the area.
