I stayed here for about a month in January and had a great overall experience. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help. One thing I really appreciated was the affordable on-site laundry service, which is conveniently ready for pickup at reception within 24 hours. Housekeeping comes every couple of days, though I would have preferred fresh towels and toilet paper each time. The WiFi is generally stable, with the occasional outage that seems to happen across Bali. I also appreciate that it’s staffed 24/7 and my room had a safe. The location is also a big plus and very central and about a 10-minute Grab bike ride to almost everything. I wanted to extend my stay but found a more affordable option elsewhere; however, I would definitely come back here. More frequently changing the sheets and fresh towels. Some loud partying noise at night that wasn’t addressed despite complaining.

Great location which provided easy walking access to explore Canggu. The property is set back from the main road, so was quieter than I expected. There did not appear to be many guests during our stay, so we always had the pool all to ourselves. Coffee and tea making facilities were provided in the room (however we had to buy our own milk). The staff were friendly and helpful. The room itself was clean and comfortable, however I did note some mould in the bathroom which could have been cleaned a little more thoroughly. We stayed a single night and overall I was comfortable given the price point for this accomodation.

It is a short walk up to the main road which is very busy but its super quiet at nighttime's in your room as the hotel is set back far enough from the street. For the price I paid everything was great.

The staff at Lebak couldn’t have been more helpful. My boyfriend was unwell and they let us check into the room early, and check out a little late. One of the lady’s prepared him some hot tea to help make him feel better. Lovely pool, nice big room with comfortable bed and a fridge, kettle, etc.

The location is spectacular - right in the center of all main canggu scene but also inside a short side road which made it a quiet stay. Warung local right opposite provided delicious local food and we ended up eating there multiple times. Easily accessible to all the best eateries, beaches and clubs.

Great location and the rooms and pool looked lovely There were bugs in the bed and ants all over the bathroom floor. Lots of mosquitoes as well.

I liked the size of the rooms, they were large with good amenities within it. The pool and garden was clean. The staff entered my room and started cleaning it without the clean the room sign. During the day, they decided to get the AC repaired and I came back to the room to find that I couldn't use my room as the AC repairwork would take an hour. The intentions of the staff seemed good, but their timing for things seemed off.
