Staff was amazing, warm and welcoming, Location is perfect, walkable to nearby attractions. Finns beach and Atlas are 10 and 5 minutes away, respectively. Great value for money. The hot water never really got hot ?

The staff were exceptional here. They really make you feel well taken care of. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Nice, big bathroom and a good location. Highly recommend! Breakfast was amazing, gym, cleanliness, walkable to the beach.

Staff were exceptional. Villas was beautiful then I moved to a hotel room for final night without the family and it was comfortable. The sunset yoga was amazing, breeze blowing, sound healing, felt true Bali relaxation. We also did a sunset ritual with free drinks and canapes, ceremony and then DJ one night which was great. My daughter loved the kids area and pet bunny rabbits. Played a few paddle matches at Holy Wings next door, so convenient. Ice baths afterwards were perfect. Breakfast was best I’ve had in Bali. Even made me a take away box when I checked out early at 5am last day. I surfed down the road with no crowd so worked for me. Ate one of the fancy chocolate gateaus at the RR chocolate and it was delicious. Honestly, incredible week, I’ll be back for sure!

Great location - in close proximity to many cafes, restaurants, spas and shops. Super friendly staff - they went out their way to accommodate our requests quickly and seamlessly. Given we arrived late and close to the bed time, the staff was kind enough to prepare a bigger room for us quickly, so we could put our baby to sleep on time. Also, their welcome food and drinks were a nice touch! At breakfast they had lots of options for anyone’s liking, they’d even peal fresh fruits for you. The hotel is located next to the paddle courts which can be super noisy at night. We really struggled falling asleep hearing people cheer. The carpets in the rooms looked a bit worn out which can be improved. And we didn’t have hot water running in the bathtub. Otherwise, everything else was great!

I liked everything, amazing stay. I got the rooftop suite which was an excellent choice, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was great as well, i liked how you can enjoy the buffet with endless selections and also you can order for the menue for more special dished. I liked everything

The location was very central, the staff were unbelievable and went out of their way to accommodate us! the upgraded us and made sure we had the most unbelievable stay for our last few days in Bali. the massage is world class and we were treated to a special breakfast at their new restaurant! I cannot fault the Hotel - it was fantastic.

the hotel was clean. the villa was modern up to date I enjoyed the welcome drinks and gifts left for your stay the amenities left in villa were nice, and plenty of towels were left. Staff was amazing The design of the property is off, the location is weird to get to and getting in and out is difficult The view is only of construction going on right next door. The stairs going up to the bedrooms in the villa, are weirdly designed and a little dangerous, if you have any elderly they will NOT be able to go up the stairs there are no railings. The furniture is nice and modern, ,but not comfortable to sit in. There should be more furniture outside to enjoy the pool and the pool should be spotless. None of the pieces of furniture to sit on were comfortable and too low for any one to sit in

As someone from the hospitality industry who’s seen a lot—I can confidently say TUI BLUE Berawa is in a league of its own. The warm, modern design is paired with exceptionally kind and attentive staff who solve everything instantly and with care. Rooms are crafted with stunning attention to detail. And the food? Outstanding. Each dish is beautifully presented, with a unique touch that reflects true passion. Especially RR Café ground floor is excellent. Restaurant on the 2nd floor has to increase the quality of the service. We booked just one night… and ended up extending. That says it all. Big THANK YOU to the whole team! You can’t complain about construction noises in canggu as the whole city areas of Bali are one construction area. This is not the hotels fault

Location Bed Clean Nothing. Maybe the room view that we paid for it wasn’t worth it but much better than no view.
