This place is gorgeous and optimally located. The owner is a beautiful soul who emanates serenity (and I don’t often say this sort of thing). His wife is a very peaceful, sweet and welcoming individual as well. Their two adorable grandchildren are often seen playing around the property, so the whole place just gives off a peaceful and beautiful energy. The bed is enormous and super comfortable. The shower has warm water with a nice flow. It was the best stay I had in all of Indonesia. I would 1000% return to this place. In fact, I wish I had more days here. I found it to be quite quiet as well, even though the owner apologized for the noisy traffic. For me, it was actually my quietest stay in Indonesia and I didn’t wake up once during the night. All was genuinely perfect for a great price.

The host, location, and facilities are great! Bed is comfortable, and the host Thierry gave us a lot of help. He is very warm and nice ! The location is easy to go to everywhere. The beach and finn's club just in walk distance. The room is close to the road, so you can hear the scooters

The owners were extremely welcoming and accommodating. The pool was always a lovely temperature that made it easy to escape the Bali heat. The location was also exceptional - walking distance to the beach and numerous delicious restaurants and venues. I highly recommend this villa.

Cozy and quiet oasis in Canggu

What an awesome stay. Spacious, clean, beyond expectation for sure, wonderful relaxing pool area, everything was of excellent quality from the linen, to the comfortable bed, through to the facilities and supplies in the shared kitchen. Communication was excellent and host was very flexible for changes that had to be made. Friendly, informative and supportive folk. Considering location a quiet escape from the activity around, plenty of cafes, restuarants and shops on your doorstep. Many thanks and we hope to return. .

Immaculately maintained rooms and grounds. A short walk from the beach and famous sunset clubs. This is a quiet retreat surrounded by the hustle and bustle of Canggu. Everything you may need is within easy walking distance. No problems whatsoever.

Absolutely amazing property, just off the main strip, the grounds are beautifully maintained and it’s quiet area! We loved the decor and the interior of our place at Puri Ayu. Thierry was accommodating, friendly, and an interesting man to speak with. The shared kitchen was perfect, had everything you may need. Also the grounds pup- Pablo- was so sweet! Very convenient location in Canggu. Close to restaurants, shops, beach and spas. Convenient access to transportation. Hosts made us feel like family. Our vacation was truly wonderful. Cannot think of any. Everything was just perfect.

The location was excellent. The staff, including the owner were amazing. Very accommodating and pleasant to speak with. The grounds were immaculate. I will stay there again soon. I liked everything

It’s a little heaven closed to the beach.

It is a very boutique (3 rooms only), family owned business, you feel more like at home. Loved the prime & strategic location while still enjoy serenity. The room and common kitchen are spacious, outdoor common space is amazing too! Lovely garden & cats, very respectful and warm host! 2-min walk to convenient stores and lots of nice cafes and restaurants. Everything!! Nothing. Maybe have some shower gel in the bathroom? Really minor thing.

The host family was awesome. Nice people. The homestay is located on one of the busiest streets in Canggu but you won't know it since it's hidden at the end of an alleyway. Easy to find various food options, a convenient store is just across from the street which was my go-to place for a quick beer. The room was big enough and the bed was very comfortable. The beaches in Canggu are overrated since you can see dirty water from the streets going into the sea. Luckily there is a nice pool in the homestay. They keep the lawn in good shape, and the common space is very big and comfy. Overall very quiet and secure place where I can relax. Would love to come back. If I must find something to say, mmm, the bathroom is of good size but can use a little touch-up. For instance you can get rid of the tub (no one is using it), and make the bathroom brighter, get newer toilet seats. But the family makes everything clean.
