My room was clean, and well taken care of. The only issue I had is the light around the mirror was burnt out, so there was only the light in the shower in the bathroom. I reported this, it was not good for make-up application, or putting in contacts.

Convenient location Internet didn’t work well at all. Room was small. Didn’t have a lot of room to put two suitcases or anything else. No bathtub. Water was hot. Bed was clean. Pillows were minimal. Expect more from this chain.

On the upside the rooms were clean and comfortable. We couldn't check into our room until 4:20. No compensation was offered. We paid for 4/25/26 3pm- 11am 4/26/26.. breach of contract. We were tired and just wanted to check in at the promised time. We had to sit in a lobby full of young kids that were loud and literally running all over the entrance way.

Initially our rooms temperature was at 77 degrees. We ended up switching to another room and then that rooms air conditioning worked. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. They apologized for the inconvenience and like I said before were very accommodating.
