The restaurant was equally disappointing. The food was terrible, especially considering the high prices. To make matters worse, the tables and chairs were dirty, and bugs were everywhere because the doors were left open. The biggest issue, however, was the excessive noise. The hotel hosts live music on weekends until 12:30 a.m., and our room was directly below the venue. We got virtually no sleep. I called the front desk several times, only to be told, “Sorry, it ends at 12:30.” The music continued until nearly 1:00 a.m., and after that we had to listen to chairs being dragged across the floor until around 2:00 a.m. Had we known this in advance, we never would have booked this hotel. Spending nearly $500 for one night of pure frustration, noise, and lack of sleep was unacceptable. We left exhausted and extremely disappointed. We will never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, relaxing hotel experience.

Looked nice and clean Paper thin walls, couldn't check in when I was supposed to, restaurant hours vary even though they are supposed to close at 10 pm most night. Beds where not comfortable.

Close to the baseball fields Staff not friendly and helpful; they overbooked and gave us a different room, way smaller; booked a 2 Queen and got a King and crip…super uncomfortable…tried to contact Booking and it’s basically impossible to get in contact with them. Breakfast no bueno; awful setup im the kitchen which “forced” you to wait 20 minutes plus. Food was undercooked

Our hotel was amazing! Clean and spacious. Great entertainment!! Tracy was amazing she was so kind and personable!! She helped us out anytime we needed something ! I will definitely be recommending this hotel and would stay here again!

location air worked great room was nice tvs in common areas awesome inconsistency of the staff my email confirmation from you guys i could check in at 3 front desk was not very accommodating and said that your site needed to fix the issue. was told the up stairs bar would open at 6. there was an event going on. went up at six got turned away and was told it would now be 730. tried again at that time still not ready. wanted to watch my boys practice at fields from the roof top. we came from ohio for high school baseball. was told breakfast would be at 6am on first day went to breakfast and was told not till 630 now. went up at 630 knocked on door to get let in. cook working was visibly frustrated i asked him if there was hot food he said “im only one guy it will be ready at 630!” it was 632 at this point and nothing was ready to go to make hot food. i left. secondly room 422 is horrible for the fact that its right above the kitchen area and at 6am and earlier and late at night all you hear is a cart or something rumbling back and forth.
