New remodel. Up to date, clean. Pool was closed but we spent time on the platte river instead of inside. Nice arcade room.

Whiskey Butter Restaurant was Great!! Remodel of the hotel is looking great!! Room was nice and clean I had to get checked into 3 different rooms because the battery for the digital locks were dead. Not ideal at 11:00 at night. Because of the construction I was way far from the lobby each time.

In room 135 no air conditioning and in room 157 the water would not drain when showering But the hotel is great and the rooms r nice just needs a little bit of love here and their ! The staff is so super amazing so much in fact I¿d recommend it to anyone

Lighting in the atrium area and parking lot was almost non existent. Large transient population in the area (close to river) made walking outside sketchy. I understand the hotel is not responsible for the ¿pedestrians¿ outside their bldg. Didn¿t feel safe

Rooms were not in usable condition- staff moved us 3 times to get room with 2 beds, air/heating units that worked and not duct taped together and baths that had shower heads and tub plugs. Pool and whirlpool were not usable - actually no water. Terrible

Drug users present. Very bad bed. Run down. You claimed 3 stars. When I checked in, I was charged again, so charged double. When I requested refund in the morning, manager was compliant, but said clerk was new and should not have been left alone.

There is NO Way this is a 3 star hotel. Homeless people out in the parking lot. Drinking and doing who knows what else. Ceiling tiles missing in the bathroom. Generally just a nasty looking hotel. Went to check out and no desk clerk could be found.

Nothing as it was so dark, no sign, no marking for registrations. Looked like a scary old motel that Econo Lodge bought. We did not check in as we couldn¿t find registration and thought overall it looked way to dark and dirty to stay the night.

It was completely out to date, front desk clerk yelled at someone else¿s children, and then took forever to find my reservation. Tried To make me pay again. HUGE pothole outside almost took my car and fiancé¿s car out.

They did not clean my room during my stay and on the day I left the maids(I assume) came knocking on my door and tried to enter the room at 8:15 am even though I had not checked out yet and the check out wasn¿t until 11:00 am.
