Rodeway Inn Casper

The mattresses were awful on both beds. We had to take out our own garbage and our room was never cleaned during the week we stayed. The towels were only changed twice (we had to ask once when we asked for toilet paper as the room was never checked).

The door did not lock. The TV did not work. The shower did not get warm. We had a dog friendly room and they gave us the last room available and said no dogs were allowed. Charged us extra. The hotel night lady was terrible. She wanted everyone checking out to throw their keys outside the door. NO WAY!

NEVER NEVER STAY AT RODEWAY INN, CASPER! Jankiest motel ever! They had duct tape over the door jam and bolt side of door. You did not need a key card to get in!! All you had to do was push the door open! Very very sketchy place!! Booked a king room, 2 full size beds were in the room. 1 of which looked like a rollaway bed, big sag in the middle. Curtain was very thin and did not quite cover entire window. Terrible!! Do not book here. We went back to checkin desk and explained. The person said, 'oh you just need to take the duct tape off the door jam so it will lock!' Um, 2 things: why do this in the first place, and why wouldn't you tell us about it upon checkin? But again, WHY? it makes no difference. Needless to say we did not stay and went to the Courtyard Marriott!! Very lovely to stay at that place! We went back to the Rodeway in the morning to take pictures and they took part of the duct tape off the jam as if that was going to magically make the door lock! You could still push the door open with no key card. They would not refund me even though it is a huge safety issue! I booked through booking.com and they tried to get me a refund but the accommodation would not refund! DO NOT STAY HERE! All of the above, NEVER NEVER NEVER STAY here! Very sketchy, run down, VERY UNSAFE!!!

Pretty clean, I left my headphones and the receptionist keep them safe for me

MANAGEMENT!

Pillow cases mostly had hair on them, and several were also quite stained. Nice staff, but room was not in the best state of repair.

Proximity to food was OK. It had my two most important requirements, a shower and bed. I did not like having to use MY phone just to watch TV. No mini fridge or microwave in this room. Lighting was poor. I'm 5'10" and I had to stand on a chair to see the a/c heater controls. Access to the property was through a convenience store/gas station and a McDonald's parking lot. Very awkward.

I have service dogs and she still have not returned my extra 61.00 bucks she charged me for ESA pets. I showed her the ESACards she still have not returned my money The room was messy wall were written on, bed lumpy couldn't sleep, bathroom door was gross the tub was bad paint coming off it and top that it was not clean there was dirt in there no one wanted to step in to take a bath or shower carpet felt gross had to where shoes to walk in there oh microwave was dirty plus the paint where the door shuts onto the frame was half gone and falling

Very clean. The woman at the front desk was very helpful, professional, and kind.

Oarking was easy as well as access to shopping and dining.

This was one of the worst motels I've stayed at. The only positive was the room was clean. There were 2 bars of soap and 2 towels. No cups, no refrigerator, no microwave, no coffee maker, all of Wich were advertised. I had to get on a chair to adjust the heat. Also there were no blankets on the bed. Went the office to get one . No ice machine.Refused to give me a refund for the next 2 days booked. Went to another motel for the next two days

I was charged $250 for soiled bath towels that were not changed during my 4day stay. There were feces on the bathroom floor.There were stains on the bedspread 4 inches in diameter.

Wasn’t clean. Dirty bed and toilet. Wifi doesn’t work.
