Breakfast was good. Rooms seemed clean. The night shift front desk staff member seemed irritated all the time and wasn’t very approachable.

Room could have been cleaner. Carpets needed to be vacuumed. Hot tub was closed down. Shuttle driver could have been more helpful with loading suitcases. Location to airport was very convenient.

The only dislike was that you had to long on to WiFi almost every time you wanted to use your device.

Facility needs an update, staff was ok but not the most personable, meaning not alot of acknowledgement. Breakfast was not great. it was comparable to a Super 8 or Motel 6, but costs more.

Rooms needed painting, carpet needs cleaned. No hair dryer in room. Manager was very helpful.

We arrived after midnight at the local airport. I made a call to the hotel and within 15 minutes we were picked up. The next day they shuttled us to the rental car location. The accommodations were perfect for what we needed. The best attribute was the courtesy and efficiency of the staff.

This hotel looks nothing like its pictures, it was very dirty and the room were damaged with boarded up doors. I travel and stay in all types of hotels but this one gave me the creeps. we left and went somewhere else.

Staff was very friendly, however the room itself was not clean AT all. I am not a picky person when it comes to rooms, I don’t mind if it’s outdated as long as it’s clean. The sheets did not have that bleach clean smell to them, the room smelled musty, there was handprints on on windows, the shower had dirt in it and literally on the walls by the bed were boogers! We discovered all this after getting settled for the night, we were only there one night with my kiddo mom and husband so didn’t want to ask for a new room as we were there just to sleep. However I would not stay here again due to the lack of cleanliness. Again, staff was nice but the overall property and room was not kept up.

The room was nice beds were comfortable, direct tv for cable. The pool was a decent size and had a hot tub that was a plus. Would definitely stay again.
