An indoor pool is available at Cedar Rapids Convention Complex DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel. A 24-hour fitness center is provided, and every guest receives a chocolate chip cookie upon arrival. The Paramount Theater can be reached in 6 minutes’ drive. The Eastern Iowa Airport is 9 miles away. We’re excited to announce guest room renovations beginning December 1, 2025, estimated completion: April 1, 2026! Your comfort remains our priority—noise will be minimal and limited to the renovation floor. All amenities, including 350 First and the pool, will remain open and fully operational.

The parking situation is horrendous. You have to park in a ramp across a busy four lane street and then walk back to the hotel. Not user friendly at all, especially if you have mobility problems.

I deducted 3 stars because my room was not cleaned AT ALL! Simply taking out the trash that I bagged neatly is not indicative of the rate I had to pay for my stay. I mean didn’t even take the glasses back provided through room service… I did however add a star back because security was kind enough to walk me to my car where I was forced to park on the top level of the garage due to a comedy show.

I liked that there was a restaurant on the property, which is also at the top of building for a lovely view of Cedar Rapids. Also liked that the parking was directly across the street. And coffee in the lobby for a period of time in the mornings.

Clean room and great service in the restaurant! Check in staff member seemed slightly rude - the staff member working with her was cheerful and made up for her shortcomings.

Hotel was awesome. Best we've stayed at in Cedar Rapids. Wish the pool was open a little later but otherwise was an amazing stay.

We stayed at the Doubletree for my son's graduation, which was held at the connected convention center. We chose it for the location and were so happy with it. It was very nice!! Check-in was easy. There is parking available right across the street. The hotel was very clean and appeared to be new or recently remodeled. It smelled new/fresh and the carpet was so soft to walk on. There was so much to do in the area. We would definitely stay there again!
