The keys did not work - and they had to redo them. The breakfast good (albeit free) was substandard. The hide-a- bed springs stuck into my back. Won’t stay here again. Disappointed.

Expensive and nice BUT the size of the TV in the room were horrible!!!! No bigger than two iPads put together. For the price this was very disappointing.

Good service, good complementary breakfast, friendly staff Got a room with a window that was right in front of a light, curtains didn’t block the light enough it was tough to sleep. Did not get the room I booked.

Toilet ran the entire time I was there. the furnace sounded like an airplane. I found it quite odd that to men were completely cleaning out their vehicles and using the hotels carts to haul stuff away in the parking lot of the hotel and then when they were done they left. the bed was not comfortable at all.

The location was great and quick location to get where we needed to be. Was a very well kept hotel.

Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was well stocked and had a good selection, including hot items. Best part was the front desk staff! They were very friendly, very helpful, and aimed to please. They were even training a new employee and she was great as well!

Breakfast was a 0/10! Eggs were rubbery and non edible! Bagels tasted like cardboard and the waffles were not great either!

Breakfast menu is not outstanding, just good and average. Good parking facilities and rooms are clean with quality linens. Staffs are very friendly. That's my go to hotel always at Cedar Rapids, IA.

Good location. Nothing exciting about the hotel, but it was good for a nights stay. We literally used it just for a place to sleep for the night.
