Such a great time! The bed is so comfortable. Only complaint is the elevator is in such dumb spot and you have to walk a mile to your room. Other than that it’s beautiful, comfortable and in such an incredible location!

The bathroom was pretty dirty and the shower hadn’t been properly clean in a while. Slime in sinks around the drain. Cob webs all over the property.

The sheets were ripped and the shower walls weren’t entirely clean but it was pretty nice

This was a great little hidden gem. Close to everything yet separate.

Hotel was well located, we were having dinner across the street when we decided to stay. Great location to top restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. Hotel was clean, well kept and very comfortable.

Big size rooms Reaching rooms with luggage is difficult and you have to pass through outdoors by exposing yourself to severe sun between lobby/ reception to rooms.

Extremely dirty Our towels had large holes and bedding didn’t fit bed

The location in downtown Chandler is ideal. Walking distance to a great range of food and drink along with, but to a lesser extent other shopping. Relaxing environment, especially in the courtyard area. Bar staff overworked and hard to get a drink before going out to meet people in the busy period. Went out two nights in a row rather than wait.

The property was nice. The rooms were very comfortable and the AC worked great. The pool was busy but kid friendly.

Food great at AJs restaurant. Rooms clean and carpet fresh. We will stay here again.

They sold so many day passes to the pool there was not enough chairs for the hotel guests
