Hyatt Place Phoenix/Chandler-Fashion Center

Only real bummer is being told the pool would be up and running by the time our stay arrived and in fact it was not. No fault of their own I guess, but it was a bummer. The breakfast was decent for being free.

Beautiful property and very friendly and efficient staff. The pool was perfect. Only complaint was no microwave in the room, but there was one down in the breakfast area that you could use. Highly recommend.

I loved how friendly and family oriented the staff was. They made my family and I stay very memorable. They dont mind accommodating you for whatever may fit your needs. My food didnt go to waste because they allowed me to use their microwave. They had a variety for breakfast and the food was good. I recommend anyone going out to Phoenix to go to this actual hyatt place property. The staff was exceptional!.

The eggs at breakfast were less than desirable - but they had plenty to offer and no one felt like they didn’t eat enough each morning before starting our day.

I loved how clean the rooms were and how spacious the living area was for the kids. The shower was warm with good pressure and the bed was very comfortable. We especially liked the decor and how many room amenities there was waiting inside the room. We were most impressed by the complimentary breakfast and how nice the food display was, along with plenty of breakfast options! Great time over all with our kids. Unfortunately when we got there the pool was closed. Also, a minor complaint, we were disappointed there was no ambient light in the bathroom around the mirror edges that you see in other Hotels. Also with King size rooms we also had wished there was an overhead shower rather than a one sided mounted one or at least shower heads on both sides. Im sure lots of couples like me with their spouses look forward to a couples shower. Just a minor thing but we do get that option at select Hotel 6’s and The Hyatt is far more prestige than that.

Looked like a brand new in and out. Large rooms, great bed. Silent. Better breakfast than eg. HIE. Great attentative staff. Close to airport and Las Colinas bars and diners. None.

The hotel is very nice, easy parking, rooms are big and comfortable. Breakfast is diverse, did not get bored of the menu in two weeks of stay. Pool was being renovated during my stay so it could not be used.

We enjoy our stay. Pleasant and helpful staff. Can't wait till we go back.

Breakfast was as expected. Location was suitable. We were on a family vacation from Australia and stayed for a few days planning to help the kids adjust to the time difference. On arrival we were informed that the pool was closed which was the main part of our plan for these days to entertain the kids. Had we have known about the pool closure we would not have stayed at this hotel.

Room was great (clean and window covering allowed for pretty much blackout status, would have been nice if it had a microwave. We would stay here again!!

We were very happy with our stay here as far as the cleanliness, location, breakfast and comfort. It was a big disappointment that we did not know that the pool was under construction, and we were unable to use. Our vacations hugely revolve around the pools the hotels offer.

Excellent as usual!

Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Great location. Plenty of parking. The TVs in the room did not work. Bathroom sink would not drain. Not enough information was provided about how to work the TV. No channel guide. The pool was not functional due to renovations. They could have told us that in advance. Kids were very disappointed.
