Rooms immaculate. Front desk helpful and friendly.
-
Great location and room size The AC was loud and kept waking us up because it kept turning on and off on its own.
-
Staff not particularly friendly or welcoming.
-
A staff member just said, “no” when i asked if she knew where i could get a bandaid. Overall, impression of staff was not especially competent or welcoming.

The receptionist was absolutely amazing and professional. She assisted us in checking in 1 1/2 hours early in 30 seconds. The area is supper quiet and very nice. The hotel was very clean and modern.

This was my first time booking/checking in/checking out for a hotel all on my own, and the staff made it SO easy for me. Super kind, very helpful, everyone was so wonderful, thank you! Bed cozy as hell 10/10 The wifi was REALLY bad, probably could have asked for help with it, but it wasn't worth it since I was only there one night. Sink was weird, if you only turned it on slightly it went on the counter but not too bad. Blinds worked but they got a bit wonky when used, still closed though so no biggie.

Superb

The staff was super friendly and attentive!!! The gym needs attention and more equipment.

For a premium hotel in the University area, they not having breakfast items or even juice or milk was a huge disappointment.
-
Leaving a $700 hold on our card for incidentals caused other charges to bounce. No posting, no smoking. So not sure why other than maybe laziness? Calling the desk got us rude service. A run of the mill holiday inn or days inn would have been a better choice.

We stayed here for a wedding and the location was very convenient to the wedding venue however the rooms were spartan no shelves and just laid out badly. Not impressed. The wall were thin could hear people in other rooms in detail. No sound proof. There was an outdoor patio that was dirty and right a main causeway noisy and congested not well planned. This was probably one of the worse hotels I’ve stayed at.

Don’t park in the wrong spots in the parking deck. I had a warning on my car but it was my fault.

This was the worst stay I’ve had at this hotel. I prepaid weeks in advance for a king bed room. When I checked in they would only give me a queen bed room. The biggest problem was that even though I prepaid, I was charged TWICE for the room upon check in and check out. The reimbursement took over a week to credit to my account. If I had not been checking my bank account, those two extra payments would’ve never been corrected. The staff only said that it was a new system. There was no offer assist with a faster reimbursement or anything. I was very very disappointed.

Everything was excellent

Hope I get my money finally back.

A very attractive and functional room. I would appreciate decaf coffee in the lobby as well as gluten free breakfast options. Note that unless oats are certified gluten free, they can’t be consumed by those needing a gluten free diet.
