Close to everything and very nice staff Our room was next to the workout room and was woken at 7am by someone dropping weights in the gym… not good

Our room did not get cleaned the entire time we were there and im not sure why. It would have been nice to atleast get fresh towels daily. Also we could not fin the thermostat in order to control the temperature in the room. That is very important.

It was a little hard to get in, as they have strange lobby hours in the evening. It is on a busy street, but easy access to restaurants and shopping.

The hotel is located close to sightseeing and shopping area. Many good restaurants are in walking distance

Loved staying in a studio with a kitchen. Great location with lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Stayed early in the week though it is probably louder on the weekends. Valet parking was easy to use. All the staff are very friendly.

The staff was always helpful, room was large and clean, location was perfect!

Spacious unit. Loud pulsating music from roof top bar until 2 in the morning. If you want to sleep, book a stay someplace else. $50 to park per night is a bit high after spending almost $400 per night for room.

Overall our experience was excellent.

The only but huge complaint was the loud music until late into the night from the next door rooftop bar. Be aware f you go on a Fi/Sat/Sun. It's very very loud - completely unable to sleep. Otherwise great location and nice spacious rooms.

Valet parking was expensive and had to wait for car awhile as there were more cars that parking spaces in back. Staff ladies were arguing one morning at 8:30 am when I came down to get a coffee in the lobby, there were no lids to the coffee and no real cream.

Great clean room. 10 out of 10. I would recommend this place as 1 on my list. If I have to go back I will definitely choose this place.

Location, kitchenette, bed and bedding The room had a horrible odor. The temperature was not able to be room controlled. It was very cold and the rooms temp was 69. too cool for the weather, The shower head needed cleaning. as well as one of the sinks in the bathroom. You could not stand under the shower because the water felt like needles due to the way it flowed out of the shower head. Half of the time there was no hot water, it was tepid at best. One evening as we trayed to get into the lobby a young man dressed in a black hoodie with the hood on his head opened the door for us begrudgingly and informed us we needed to usse the hotel key. Every other evening we were by a friendly face and a open door.
