Beautiful property, well maintained, and close to shops, restaurants, and historical places.

We had constant music noise in our room, balcony door wouldn't lock & housekeeping never showed up last day. On the positive great location, large & comfortable room. It is a bit of a walk to better restaurants but we're fit so not an issue. Our next visit I will stay elsewhere but this is a solid choice.

A new, small and intimate property which is close to shopping and dining. Staff were courteous and helpful. Excellent experience. I would highly recommend the Hotel Richemont.

Great high end boutique hotel within one block walking distance of college of Charleston
-
Clean and unique . I’d definitely stay here again . Right off king street by the historic old part of town .

There really wasn’t much available at the “gift shop” except for merch. The restaurant on site was having a private party which made the empty gift shop doubly perplexing. There really aren’t any views as the hotel is pretty well surrounded by buildings. Its a serviceable boutique hotel.

Absolutely gorgeous little hotel right in the center of downtown Charleston. Walkable to mostly everything and the staff was incredibly friendly!

Initially, we chose this property for the location because it is so central to all of the attractions everything is walkable and all the great shopping on King Street is just around the corner. We were very happy to find it was such a wonderful property. Certainly provided for all of our necessities and then some. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. We definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing enjoyable visit to Charleston.

I had a wonderful stay at the Richemont Hotel in historic downtown Charleston. The hotel has a beautiful design that perfectly fits the charm and character of the city. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. The location was also excellent for exploring downtown Charleston. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

The carpets did have spots around in hallways and in rooms. They do charge $50.00 per night for parking.
-
Great location. Nice ambiance. Parking is so expensive and you are expected to tip the valet with pick drop off and pick up. Our rooms balcony was overlooking the air conditioners and so was blocked off to any view, very disappointing.

This place was great. We loved it
-
Beautiful building in super location easy to walk toward the battery or up to Marion square. Comfortable beds, great bathroom.

The hotel was nice the people were great in the restaurant and the staff at the front desk. I lost my key card and they replaced it what I didn’t understand and could not get k remedied were the fruit flys in my room. I made someone aware of it and I had to battle them the rest of my stay. The price was too high to come to a room with flys I did not bring. It is a nice hotel but I will not stay again because of the flies and there was no follow up on why they were there or if anybody actually went in to do something about it.
-
Great staff and very clean and modern hotel! The staff went way beyond making our stay wonderful!
