My friend and I stayed there for one night. The staff notified us that the power would be cut the next morning, which we didnt mind, but we never received our deposit back because we “destroyed the towels with makeup” WE BROUGHT OUR OWN TOWELS AND WASHRAGS. The staff was rude when we called about this mistake and have lied saying they would email us and follow up on the matter but haven’t. This place is a scam, and I won’t be returning. If you book take video or picture evidence of how you leave the room or expect them to lie and take advantage of you.

I was only there for a few hours, I didn’t get to try breakfast, room was large and clean, it looked a little dated but could tell something’s had been upgraded. Overall stay was nice. Your shuttle service both the night driver and morning drivers were most excellent.

My room was clean and stocked with plenty of towels, which was very nice! When I walked in, the room was set to a comfortable temperature, which was enjoyable since it was very hot outside. The staff was very friendly upon check-in and helpful. The breakfast was okay. There wasn't much of a choice for hot items. There just weren't many options. There were scrambled eggs and ham slices. I would have liked oatmeal, grits, or even waffles. There was no yogurt and only plain bagels. I did not utilize any of the other amenities to be able to review them.

Breakfast was alright. They had two hot items and the standard. Room service was good. However outside the property seems unsafe and people hanging around at night. Someone suggested us to park the car infront of the hotel as there are car break ins due to drug addicts.

The location was also very convenient for our needs and made it easy to get where we needed to go. Overall, the excellent customer service and convenient location made for a positive experience, and we would stay here again.

Everything was alright at first. Until I got home a looked on my bank account and they charged me more money for a deposit than it was suppose to be. Another thing that I didn’t like was Sunday morning a worker was entering our room at 8:15 am like he was right I jumped up so fast cause what you got going on. Just pay attention to your bank card closely cause if you don’t they will try to get you.

I really enjoyed this hotel! We came for the night to go to a concert at the Bank of America Stadium! It was affordable and not too far from the stadium, about 15ish minutes. The room and bathroom were clean and the room temperature was nice and cool. The beds were comfortable and overall it was a great experience! I highly recommend. If I come back to a concert here I will stay at this location again!

This hotel was clean, convenient, had a good breakfast, and was reasonably priced. I would stay again if in the area.

Superb

I was pleasantly surprised; the facility was welcoming upon entry. It is in a busy neighborhood, so that had me kind of skeptical. But once I went inside it was very welcoming, clean and the staff was very nice. My room was great, very spacious. My room that was assigned to me was perfect. They give you a choice of what floor you want, and my room on the second floor was so accommodating, I requested it for my return in 4 days, and my request was granted. Breakfast was terrible, no taste on the 2 choices of omelets, cheese and onion and bell peppers. Other breakfast options were not that great either, sorry. A little more attention can be given to the bathroom, with white tiles, everything shows and there were stains that was not cleaned and a wash rag hanging over the shower curtain that was missed. But on my return, all that was corrected. It's been over a week, and I still have not received a return on my deposit for incidentals. That is disappointing. But overall, my stay was very comfortable.

The there was stores and restaurants nearby. That the staff tried to rip me off, ovwr charging for the deposit… I had transferred the 100 ovwr to a separate account and it declined it, only to find out that was bc he was over charging.. When I called and told him THEO he acted as if he was confused, then remembered and lied as if he had put My sister deposit with mine that came up to be 171.55!! How when the deposit is 100 a piece, so he’s been ripping people off doing this. So pay attention to your cards and account when dealing with THEO… He been doing this…. They do not give you a receipt upon departure.

Comp breakfast was the only downside. Besides that I would recommend this hotel.
