Hampton Inn Charlotte - University Place

Hot water heater must have been broken in our room. Water was lukewarm at best. Didn’t bother me enough to fuss about it during the stay. This is like the 4th email I received to leave a review so here it is. Leave me alone and fix the hot water heater.

Nice clean room, friendly staff, small convenience store in the lobby. Great location.

Everything was awesome. The staff was exceptionally helpful and nice. Check-in was quick and easy. The hotel is right at The University of North Carolina and there are so many restaurants close by...AWESOME!!!

At 10:03 am all food was put up! Could not grab breakfast.

The water was cold when I took a shower

Hotel was good staff was helpful I did to switch rooms because i could not get back into my room and after some checking the maintenance guy said the lock needed to be changed and the hotel was booked but luckily they had a room for me to switch to instead of getting a refund and having to find a different hotel

The location offered easy access to my destination, but the mattress in room 422 definitely needs replacing—I had a rough night due to its discomfort. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and very helpful. The breakfast could use some upgrades, particularly with the eggs and sausage; the eggs were overcooked, and the sausage was overcooked. Thanks for the chance to share my feedback.

My stay was absolutely amazing the staff was so friendly they took care of all my needs

Was very quiet and clean! Exceptional customer service! All tens across the board! The only thing I didn't like was that they knocked on the door twice within the same hour... After being told the first time I was aware of the check out time. Mind you at was 2 and half hours before check out! Then hollering through the door we were trying to check and see if you were okay and needed something! I was leery of that!

Clean for a good night rest.

The hotel was clean and the bed is very comfortable. The rooms have an old carpet smell. The pool would have been cool if it wasn't dead bugs floating around. The staff was pleasant, but I probably won't be staying here again.

Staff was great and welcoming. Rooms needs an upgrade. Parking was plenty. Breakfast decent
