Graduate by Hilton Charlottesville

Only stayed one night while passing through. Great location and parking was convenient. Several restaurants within walking distance, the neighborhood was lively and seemed safe. The rooftop bar was closed for a private event which was a bummer because we had been driving all day and just wanted to call it a day and stay in, have a few drinks and relax. The room was great, nicely decorated and very clean, the only downside was the AC didnt cool the room to our liking, but we were only there one night so it wasn’t terrible.

Love the service snd location. The gym is tiny and poorly equipped. The rooftop bar cb so much better with an upgrade that included more TV’s (( including outside) and a bigger bar. They should spend some money and model it after the Auburn facility.

I asked the person on the desk Sunday morning to please email me a receipt. He evidently didn't write my email down correctly as I have not received a copy of my bill but the charge on my credit card was charged immediately. I would still like a copy of my bill for Friday, Sept. 26th - Sunday Sept. 28th. I sure received this survey to my email so it should have been on file. I will commend DeMarco and his Valet Team for excellent customer service. He is an asset to your Hotel. I am a Hilton Honors member and expected better.

We always love Graduate properties and their attention to local university themes and details. The staff was incredibly helpful and the location was great for our visit to UVA.

Very creative decor in college theme. Nice rooftop. Beds very comfortable. Location,location,location!

Rooftop bar was great but watch for the wind!! Blew over a wine glass!

Staff was great. A very minor issue was that the sliding shower door was not installed/adjusted properly leaving one panel very difficult to slide.

The staff was amazing and the location was perfect. My main issue with the hotel was room safety. There is a gap between the floor and the bottom of the door of about an inch and a half. Someone can easily get a tool and break into the room. Also let’s in light from the hall at night as well as a lot more sound. Will never stay here again due to safety issues.

Lovely stay at the Graduate Hotel in Charlottesville. I’ve stayed at a few of these throughout the country and they are always welcoming and impeccably designed. I love that they capture the flavor of the city.

The room was clean and decor was warm and inviting! The staff was very pleasant. Chip in the Valet department was especially helpful with accessing parking and information about local establishments.

Very clean and very close to the University. The room decorations were great. The bathroom and bed comfort also great. They did a wonderful job in graduation weekend.

My only complaint was the AC was loud and could not be turned off.

The breakfast bar was not satisfactory we order breakfast sandwich and they were cold and couldn’t eat them.

Love location, hotel concept and room Staff was not very friendly. Did not give me a bottle of water when asked. Could not get coffee in the morning
