Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Chattanooga

The staff at the hotel was amazing! Always very helpful, kind and polite. The outdoor pool was large and fun for the kids. The breakfast was small and didn't offer a lot of options but it was nice that it was included. The rooms were clean and the parking lot was well lit which was a huge plus when you get back to the hotel late. The only downside was there aren't any hooks or towel bars in the bathroom to hang your towels and we had to go to the front desk to get clean towels. Other than that the price was good and we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay there again.

Rooms are clean and bed is comfy. Microwave is not inside room so that is one thing missing.

Desk clerk was friendly and personable. Room and bathroom were clean. Bed was very comfortable. Could hear footsteps above our room but it stopped by 10 pm so no real problem. Hotel was quiet during the night. Wanted to get an early start so went to breakfast right at 6 a.m. Wasn't completely set up. Food was not out and coffee was not hot. Have had better!

My recent stay was made significantly better by the breakfast service. The breakfast attendant was exceptionally helpful and attentive, consistently keeping the buffet stocked, tables clean, and greeting every guest with a warm, welcoming demeanor.

The room listing did not state that this was a conjoined room. It was hidden in the listing by a large piece of furniture, which felt a little deceiving. A young group of girls ended up next to us in that conjoined room for one night, so it was very loud.

I didn’t like the cleanliness of bathroom. Grout needs to be attended to. Looks gross.

Clean

Bed was very comfortable. The room was nice and the AC got very cold. Which I love. The front desk was amazing. Would stay here again. Nothing.

The continental breakfast was great!
