Good common area, friendly staff, good breakfast

There is no storage for clothes, which we knew but just be prepared to mostly stay out of your suitcase. The water pressure in the shower is horrible. Even as a man with short hair it took a good while to get all the shampoo out so I can only imagine it being much worse for women. The beds were not comfortable as I had back pains throughout the night and following mornings; my wife and son had the same experience. We didn't eat the breakfast so I can't comment on that. The staff was friendly and went through the basics on check in/out.

Clean room, breakfast wasn’t good but not there to rate food but lodging and cleanliness.

This was a convenient and comfortable stay, however the staff was indifferent to us. The staff seemed put out when we asked to buy some of the snack and drink items. I guess they had to put down their phones.

No microwave or coffee machine in the room. Average breakfast. Some exterior doors not working for re-entry. Good for students but less than ideal for senior citizens.

Everything was clean and the staff was very helpful

They had a great breakfast,clean and few different choices like small omelets, pancakes, boiled eggs,yougurt,, there's always fruit available for all guests . A person was always available, during breakfst.fresh coffee was available very friendly and helpful. The staff was very helfull. The toilet kept driping water during the night..and the Sinclair very hard to turn on and off.. we did give the information to the person whe we checked out.9

Overall in everything it was excellent! Will stay here again if back in town. Na

I requested my room to be cleaned and it never happened but overall, it was a good experience.

Terrible desk clerk eating Takis, wearing a sloppy tshirt, and scowling. Very rude and got nasty when confronted about it. No consideration for having a handicapped person in our party. She would not give her name BTW. There was a wonderful place down the street, so we didn't mind as much losing hundreds on whatever scam they had going on.
