The room was very nice and spacious. The walls were thin. There is no daily linen or towel exchange. After the first night, you hsve to have your own. The staff was awesome, very friendly and assisted me when I was in need of accommodations they even came from home to clean my room because of a mixup in scheduling the rooms were clean however, I did see a few roaches in the room.

I did not stay at InTown Suites. When I arrived the office was closed. There was one other person waiting when I arrived who was clearly homeless (pants inside out, one plastic bag of belongings). When the front desk person, arrived, she was deliberately slow chkg in the guest in line in front of me. How long does it take to check one person in? 25 minutes at InTown Suites. When it was my turn, the woman at the front desk was pleasant but absolutely brain dead, insisting that she needed my dog's ESA letter at that very moment...even though I had booked a month or longer, and she demanded a printed copy, nothing else would work. This was intended to be infuriating, and I immediately recognized this attempt to enrage me for what it was: bad service. She did offer me a key to view the room before checking in, which I requested. Then she make a big deal about me needing directions (see what I mean? brain dead) to view the room. I saw that the room next to the room I would be taking had the door propped open. This told me the neighbors were home all day. The room was not fancy, not pristine. Just OK. I did not like the facilities, did not like the people I saw walking around. I did not stay. I do not recommend this location unless you are dead broke.

The shower and stove Price change, no water pressure in kitchen, after a long day of work I couldn’t relax. I had to find somewhere to use the restroom and shower. We did not get a courtesy call about the situation. No need to ask for a refund because I witnessed the outcome with a couple that was before me. No water over night and no refund or accommodation. My family got stuck in the elevator, causing the youngest to be scared and crying. My receipt is saying one price but i was being told to pay a different price. I will be changing location after this week since I just paid. I would like to speak to someone who can handle this situation. I’ve paid about 789.00 for a two week stay and haven’t been able to enjoy the stay.

The “manager” is an absolute nightmare! Do not go here. I made a 2 week reservation for what was going to be at least a 3 month stay. We arrived with my mother-in-laws following us in their Yukon with all our stuff as we only have a Jeep. This was at the advertised 3:00pm check-in time. She rudely told us it would be 10 minutes for housekeeping to finish the room. We waited outside. Upon completion of said 10 minutes we went back in to harshly be told it would be an additional hour since she forgot a woman was there before us. I tried to politely explain we had people with us that had all our stuff in their car that couldn’t stay that long and she went off on us. When my husband kindly asked her not to speak to us that way she told us she wasn’t taking our reservation. Then and trying to find a last minute place to live wasn’t bad enough after that horrifying experience, she had the audacity to charge my card for one night’s stay too! If you read the reviews for this location, this manager is a living nightmare!! Avoid at all costs!!!

Made a reservation for a 2 week stay for business. They called on check in day, and said they had no rooms available. So I never went in, and had to book an alternate hotel last minute. THEY STILL CHARGED ME! I have it in writing I would NOT be charged, as they were unable to honor the reservation, no rooms available. They do not answer the phone. Calls go to a voicemail system, the message says it's the managers line, but for 2 weeks now every day the voicemail box is full. Expedia and Hotels.com chat contacted them, and confirmed again in writing I would NOT be charged, but yet they are refusing to refund my credit card. An absolutely horrible experience. Come to find out I dodged a bullet, as this is a super trashed and low rent place. They are being used as short to long term housing for the homeless, and have horrible conditions. The pictures they advertise are in no way the actual condition of the rooms.
