    If you’re on a budget then suck it up and use them but be prepared for hardship. It smells like smoke and urine. No overnight room service for towels or etc. Breakfast is sad. Not recommended for families or children young in age. They will do their best to make things work. Pool needs to be cleaned. Otherwise housekeeping staff is fantastic!!!

    I do feel this cost too much for this little room you get. It’s nice, clean, not too quiet it’s more young adults here so that was my only thing( not really an issue) but if you don’t wanna see other kids …yk the rest

    I will not be staying at this hotel again. There needs to be someone patrolling the parking lot or something. It’s not very welcoming to other guests when there are people outside smoking weed! Thank you.

    Ordered a room with 2 queen beds, was given two doubles. Made a hug difference and the hotel wouldn’t refund the price difference. There was no front desk personnel, just a video kiosk. Made it very uncomfortable when checking in late at night. Didn’t feel safe without anyone there.

    The room was clean, however, there is no front desk staff whatsoever. There is a kiosk. That's it. The continental breakfast was horrible, no protein, only waffles. Coffee was ok. The laundry soap dispenser was broken. Every staff member I communicated with could not speak English and held their phone up to me for it to translate for them so they could understand me. A maid knocked on my door yesterday and I asked her to come back to make the bed and whatnot and she never did. Overall, the stay was barely acceptable. At least the room was clean. That's about it though. I will not stay at this property again, and I travel to Suffolk VA all the time.

    It was unnerving to use a kiosk to sign in. Fortunately, a maintenance person was there to let me into the bathroom after being on the road for 6 hours! There was difficultly processing my credit card. My room had a double bed instead of a queen or king, which made sleeping very uncomfortable for me and my husband. The shower leaked onto the floor. Towels were not changed daily. The other hotel guests on my floor were noisy until the late hours. Breakfast was OK with waffles, cereal, coffee. The hallway rugs need cleaning.

    The cleanliness throughout the property was unacceptable. The mattress and pullout couch were stained and filthy, and there were bugs crawling around on the bedding. The bathroom was also dirty, with visible stains, rust, grime, and buildup that clearly hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. Overall, the property felt neglected and unsanitary, and I was extremely uncomfortable letting my children sit or sleep on anything there. To make matters worse, when I checked out, I was met with attitude, and they initially tried to refund me for only one night. After enduring such a disgusting stay, I made sure I was refunded for both nights. For the amount charged, basic cleanliness should be the bare minimum, and this property completely failed at that. I would not recommend staying here unless you’re prepared to deal with dirt, smells, questionable hygiene, and possible bugs.

    The only good thing I can say was the room was clean. They walls are extremely thin so you can hear everything in the hallways and get woken up every 2 hours to people’s conversations. Called the front desk about a girl yelling in the hallway at 4am for 30 minutes and they said there was nothing they could do about it. Had the temp set as low as possible because the AC would wait until it was 10 degrees above what it was set to for it to kick on. The shower had no pressure to it and water just kinda fell out of the shower head. The waffle mix thing kept getting suck during breakfast so you couldn’t get waffles in the morning. I booked 2 nights and only ended up staying 1 night there because of how bad it was. Was unable to get refunded for the second night, which I was fine for but I was not staying another night at that hotel.

    Pool & Hot Tub Curtains had holes in them, the extra door lock was Broke, blankets and sheets were stained, and the walls were dirty. Also breakfast was trash

    The particular amenities I was looking for fell far short of expectation. This site claimed recently renovated. It advertised buffet breakfast and hot tub. Room furniture was well worn and showed corrosion on metal fixtures,handles and supports. Breakfast by industry standards was continental not buffet as advertised. The hot tub didn't work properly, no jet timer and on second night wasn't even warm. Doors to access side entrances and pool were not secure, any person could enter building and pool area. A friend her family travelling with me stayed in another and had similar experience

    it was my 80 six-year-old mother's Mother's Day present. I asked my sister to come in and look at the room with me. You could see that the walls had been plastered over. The coffee pot was dusty.The phone look like it had not been cleaned in years.The wastebasket, when I took out the plastic trash bag was horrible; hopefully I can find the picture to send you. What made things worse was the fact that we turned down the sheets and there were stains on the sheets as well as the pillowcases were dingy. We didn't have a choice no to stay there because other hotels were book. When we were leaving , another guest was complaining about her room as well. In all fairness , I believe I should get my money back!
