The location was perfect for our visit. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Great towels too! Room smelled musty. TV too small for the distance from the bed. A note card in the bathroom stating new towels aren't supplied daily. Need a second garbage can
-
Right on Michigan Avenue near a lot of eateries and shops I did not like the pedestal sink only in the bathroom. It was hard to get ready.
-
The location was excellent. Near good restaurants and tourist scenery etc. The room had no mirror except in the bathroom. The toilet would run off and on. The floor would creak at spots.
-
Distance from soldier field Size of room, comfortability for the price.
-
The bed was comfortable and the bathroom has good lighting to get ready The online pictures DO NOT look the same in person. White comforters would be preferable, and there was a slight smell in the atmosphere.

The location is great We are promised a 3 o’clock check-in. The room still wasn’t ready at five. The manager miraculously made a room appear and put us in a room that was disgusting at the end of a hall that had other rooms chained closed.

The pricing was very good for the location that the hotel is in As soon as we walked into the property, it was a type of old smell. The hallways need to be updated when we walked into a room. It looks nice but up on inspection. The beds are horrible. The TV is small. It doesn’t have a microwave and they put empty display boxes of soap in the bathroom definitely need to do better with the decor in the room and change the beds because the beds were very uncomfortable. They were hard like you were laying on a cardboard.

The property is super close to so many things which is great for out of towners like myself The parking situation is HORRENDOUS!!!! The hotel will tell you to park in the lot behind the hotel but fails to tell you that you can’t leave the lot once you park there or it invalidates your ticket and you have to buy a whole new one(which is 60$/day). And when asked if there is any other areas to park near the hotel, they just kind of shrugged their shoulders and said to drive around and look for some. They also do not tell you ANYTHING, and I mean ANYTHING, about parking unless you directly ask them. They were less than helpful when I approached with questions about the parking situation and just told me “we don’t have much to do with the lot back there sorry” and that was the end of it. It was BEYOND frustrating for someone like myself who doesn’t frequent the city and had no clue the parking situation was this horrible. The only person who was helpful in the situation was one of the parking lot employees who explained the whole thing to me. This is something that needs SERIOUS work.
