Hampton Inn & Suites Rosemont Chicago O'Hare

The desk clerks were super helpful at check in and check out. Parking deck was a bit confusing but we managed. Breakfast was hot and fresh and delicious. Hotel was cleanest I’ve ever seen in many years and I was sure to tell desk clerk that at check out. Room was quiet. Shower was hot. Overall 4.8 out of 5.

Rooms were very clean. Parking is not favorable if looking to park in front of the hotel. Additional parking is available in the parking garage on the second level. I will use this hotel as my go to for future Chicago visits.

I had booked a room with 2 queen beds and a pullout bed to accommodate 3 people i had confirmed several time with staff prior to booking that that's what I would have. Upon checking in and confirming at the desk It would be 2 queen's and a pullout I got to the room where there was only 2 queen beds no pullout. Called the lobby showed them calls with her and other staff from the hotel of them stating I would have the 3rd bed. The accommodated nothing it was honestly a really bad experience with the hotel I ended up sleeping on the floor since there was not enough room.

Staff were great and informative when I had any inquiries. Room was clean upon my arrival, I truly enjoyed the free breakfast in the morning during my stay, and the free shuttle to the airport that they offer for guest was a huge plus.

The food was amazing and the staff were incredibly helpful. The hot tub was out of order, which was unfortunate, but the pool was really nice.

The hotel's location is a significant advantage, as it is conveniently close to O'Hare Airport. The nearby area offers plenty of dining and entertainment options for guests. Check-in was a breeze, with welcoming and professional staff. The lobby had a nice atmosphere, and I enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea available throughout the day. My room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The flat-screen TV and mini-fridge were in good shape. However, updating some furnishings and adding a microwave in the room could enhance the experience. The complimentary breakfast was decent, featuring fresh fruit and hot items like eggs and sausage. It would be great to see more healthy choices added. The breakfast area, while well-maintained, got quite crowded at peak times, making seating a challenge. But the highlight of this hotel is its staff, a group of professional, service-oriented people who take pride in their work.

The room was clean and the breakfast was really good with a lot of options. The staff was quick and efficient with dealing with a noise issue in the middle of the night.

Great staff and welcoming

This Hampton Inn location seemed like it was just built. Everything was new and clean. There were always multiple staff members at the desk. On-site parking was easy. Easy access to great neighborhood spots in the area.

Everyone was very helpful and the breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. Would be nice to have microwave in room.
