Check in was hectic. Had to pay for an early check in fee. Room was underwhelming.

The number of tables are limited in the café des architectes. Hence, you might have to wait to get a seat.

We loved the hotel! The staff told us they would charge us 5 dollars because we asked them to put a surprise in our friends’ bed room we considered that a bad gesture, to charge for a favour, that should be included in customer service. But overall it was perfect!

There was no sheet on the bed, just a down comforter. Nobody came to clean the room when we got back in the early evening. At that point, we just asked for some towels.

The location steps from magnificent mile on a quiet street. The hotel is well maintained. Staffs are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are very clean and well kept. Nothing!

The rooms are nice and clean. From the staff, the rooms, and all the onsite events and food, you can’t go wrong with Sofitel.

Sofitel is located near so many restaurants and close to Michigan Ave. The rooms are beautiful and clean. We had everything we needed. The beds are very comfortable and I will definitely re-book on my next Chicago trip.
