Location was good. Big room. 20 minute wait to check in - slow and antiquated process. Zero housekeeping - they do not do it daily. Nobody ever answered phone for requests for towels etc. for $500/night this is a joke.
-
Was a good location and happy hour was a nice bonus No housekeeping for the price they need to have something. Things felt a bit cheap. Bedsheets were ripped.
-
Nice people working there. Everything else. Dirty, unsafe, ongoing construction, no amenities. We left after an hour and lost our money. Ended up at the Westin. Waste of money.

nice team, amazing location and room

Superb
-
Room was very quiet and clean. The only thing that could be upgraded are the towels.
-
Location, room comfort, staff service N/A but they should warned about no room cleaning/service
-
Location was nice and the rooms were also nice and clean. The A/c in the room could have been better and wished the rooftop was open all day!
-
Great location and super friendly and helpful staff
-
Clean, comfortable, spacious. View from terrace is nice. Not worth the money. Bathroom facilities do not match the price. They should improve on that front. There is no breakfast included for this price. Plus the additional charges, do not justify the options available.
-
Location, confortable bead and clean bathroom High Price for lack of services like room cleaning, bed, short times of roof garden, and. No sun protection on roof garden tables

The location is great and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. The free yoga classes were a nice bonus. It is clear that the hotel is going through a transition.

The room was clean and spacious, the lights were confusing, but the luggage storage was nice with automatic lights. The beds were fine, not comfortable but we've had worse, the pillows were very dense or very empty, no mid-point. The wifi is on a network anyone can access which we didn't love. The TV looked like it can access some apps but doesn't actually work for that. TV service went down our last night and didn't come back up before we checked out. Overall, it was a very nice stay and we recognize they are working to build up their customer base. Last suggestion would be to offer room service at 3 nights, if we're paying a service fee per night it should be an option to elect for towel change over at least. They were very response for when we texted for something, and called a taxi for us on check-out.

No cold water, complained twice, then no hot water, no room service, no housekeeping. No restaurant and overall beaten down rooms and property. Would never stay here again.

Disappointing

The staff was fine but the room felt dirty. Everything felt like an inconvenience. And when I asked for extra washcloths, I received a plastic bag on the counter in my room full of towels. It just left a bad taste in my mouth.

Friendly service and well maintained suite

Very good

the happy hour drinks and snacks were such a fun add to the hotel so you weren't having to go out for a meal 3 times in a day. It let us spend out time doing city activities instead of just eating. We had some great Italian beef sandwiches and a nice breakfast buffet. Water pressure and toiletries were excellent. Bed was super comfortable. Room was quiet. The lobby is pretty dark and doesn't have a gathering place for guests. You can see Trump from our window. boo. the hotel seemed rather empty, and yet there were guests right next door to us. You could hear them opening and closing their door many times through our closed doors. It wasn't that disturbing, but it seems like it would have been easy to accommodate more privacy. Unless of course, the view of Trump is a highlight.

Great location to attraction and easy to navigate to the train station. N/A
