Large clean room. Excellent breakfast that was included, you could tell the breakfast attendant took pride in her job as the area remained constantly clean and the food was very good

Rooms were clean. Shower had so much air in the pipes it sounded like it was going to jump out of the wall. I felt sorry for the other guest on our floor. The breakfast bar was the worst I’ve have ever been to. Thank goodness there were other breakfast options close bye.

Close to our venue. Easy access on and off the highway. Staff is super helpful.

The hot water didn't work properly the entire stay even though staff attempted to fix it.

Everything about this stay was excellent. The breakfast was surprisingly upscale, so much better than what I have been used to. The room was great. The pillows were numerous. Location was perfect and parking easy. But my check in was a problem. There was one woman covering the front desk. And she was gone for 30 minutes so I could not check in. There was another staff member, a man who was a bar tender just ten feet away from me who just sat and ignored me. When I asked where she was, he said that she was upstairs. I asked if he could call her to let her know that there was a customer downstairs, he refused to do so. When she did arrive she checked me into room 320. I went upstairs to 320. As I opened the door I smelled foul smells, saw pizza boxes, empty pop bottles on the desk, beds were unmade and towels on the bathroom floor. When I told her the room was not made up, she assigned another room to me but no apology.

The location is perfect plenty to do in the area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The refrigerators are basically just coolers without ice if you have little ones that drink milk it will keep it just cool enough to not go bad
