Clean and great location for us.

Clean, comfy, good beds, good layout, easy access to parking from both front and back of building, compact but very workable kitchenette and great fridge/freezer. Decent breakfast, well-stocked snack shop in the lobby and lovely staff. I would have liked to see evidence (signage) that there are parking lot cameras and a slightly larger parking lot.

Great spot with lots to do in walking distance.

My only complaint is the PILLOWS. We had three pillows and every one of them were flat flat flat! Very disappointing. However, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was tasty although it took a long time to replenish when items were empty. We’d stay again for certain

Very nice hotel and comfortable room with large bathroom and great shower. Liked the outdoor patio space too.

Close to many things

As for the environment, our floor was supposed to be smoke-free, but the smell of marijuana was present in the hall and in the elevator every day. Many staff members also smelled of marijuana. A neighboring guest was carousing with friends in his room at 2:30am on one night, and in the morning suffered the aftereffects very loudly. I could have alerted the front desk but had no confidence that one lone employee would take control of proceedings. The indoor pool was small and its water a little too cold to be relaxing. The breakfast featured a good variety of items. Vacationers with young children might struggle to take advantage of it, though, since it closes at 9:00am. In sum, the facility is fresh and new, the room was comfortable, the location is ideal, but it needs to enforce its policies.

Exceptional

The young lady at check in wasn’t the most friendly. She wasn’t rude but wasn’t welcoming either. There were left over strawberries from a previous stay in our refrigerator. My husband also witnessesd a hotel staff member making derogatory comments towards two young girls who were also staying at the hotel which I reported to their guardian. The mattress in our room was also squeaky. As much as we love this hotel brand we more than likely will never return to this location. Very disappointing.

After I made my reservation, I needed to change the date. I was contacted by staff three times, and the last two times they confirmed my arrival. However, 30 minutes before my arrival, I was informed that no rooms were available. Despite this, I was still charged a cancellation fee.

Breakfast was great and staff was friendly. During our stay, they put chemicals in the pool and we were unable to use.
