When I booked this hotel, the rate for one night on May 9 was $188.10. However, this hotel charged me $208.10, Total $20was overcharged. And no explanation or response to my email. I want to know why I was over charged extra beyond the agreed amount.

The room was very spacious and clean. Breakfast had a nice variety and it all tasted good! I love that the gym is open 24 hours. The pool seemed like it needed some maintaining, so we didn’t use that. The employee that checked us in was very nice. Would definitely stay here again.

The HVAC unit was super loud and right next to the bed. When it ran it sounded like a jet engine.

The pool water was murky but it was otherwise lovely. Excellent room and unbelievably friendly staff.

Great hotel in a nice area! There are lots of restaurants and amenities closeby, and it’s also only a short drive to Cincinnati! The room was really large and well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again!
