That it was a little difficult to get their transportation we came here for the USA CONSULATE.

Good food at restaurant downstairs and price. Located farther from consulate and on a really busy street. Noisy traffic and late music playing. Older washer and dryer.

It was very humid, smelled like smoke and restaurant manager and host very very rude. Very very loud music at 2am.

Friendly staff. Front desk always willing and available to help. Someone tried to open our door at midnight. Next morning, seeing police officers outside our door really made us nervous. Later we learned that they were protecting some government official which made us even more nervous. We couldn't enjoy our stay knowing that such characters were there. Honestly, we felt unsecure thinking that cartel people could burst in the restaurant or hotel rooms at any moment shooting left and right.

Location, just perfect to move around the city. Nothing to complain about, but the pool could be more kid friendly.

I didn't care for the breakfast there..was really busy and staff were taking long to serve us.. The way they attend costumers..and besides it was under construction
