Motel 6 Claremont, CA

Ample parking, room was good size with a refrigerator/freezer which was nice as I was staying multiple days, and a good size microwave. I have stayed at many motel 6 and all are very accommodating to dogs which is one of the main reasons I stay here, this one was not. They had most areas that seem naturally accommodating for dogs blocked off or signage saying no dogs. The areas where dogs were allowed were small and far from the hotel rooms and they did not supply refuse bags. The room aeemed larger because there were no dresser or desk. There was a table with an bench seat and a chair. TV sellection was basically digital TV with nothing extra . Lots of sports, religion and cartoons but not much else. The bed was just hard and hard on the back. I will not stay here again .

Worst experience ever! DO NOT STAY HERE! staff is so rude. The phone in the room didn’t work and they do not answer your phone calls at the front desk and when they finally do (after several attempts)they are extremely rude.Definitely not safe for a family to stay here.Don't be fooled by the photos the rooms are not as nice as the photographs. The room was dirty and smelled.If I can give 0 stars I would!!

Make sure washers and dryer works

I stay at this location often and I like the setting the property really gives it a comfortability for you or you and your family. They accommodate your needs. They rooms were clean and didnt make me feel Im in away from home, they left a good experience with me. They will leave the light on for you. Lol. Only thing I didnt like was the house keeping maids were very rude. I had only two house keepers who were very sweet and friendly. They gave me what I need. The other housekeepers would gossip in language they thought I didnt understand

Worst experience it started off OK went to the receptionist table. 2 of my guests forgot their ID. That is our fault. We take that into consideration, but this first guy said it was OK and only listed me with my ID and one of my guess who walked in with me she did not have her ID just listed her name. We tried to call our other two guests from outside one had an ID one only had a picture of his ID and the guy at the reception table said it was OK so they were not added to the list of people first night we stayed everything was OK. The second night we come back to the hotel. The key cards aren’t working. I take one of my guests with me to go get another key card. This one was the one that had an ID but didn’t go in with me so wasn’t listed. This is a new guy at the counter. He asks for our IDs, then asks why he is not listed we tell him the story, of course more into detail. He goes back-and-forth with me print out a picture of what I signed, saying I knew I had to report all my guests, but I told him why did the first guy at the reception table say it was OK with just me and my friend and she didn’t have an ID either he just manually put in her name. He kept interrupting me said he wasn’t gonna give us the key card. I said if we can get our stuff out, he said he’s gonna kick us out. I said why do you have to say it like that? I am requesting to check out we kept going back-and-forth a little more.Long story short he let us stay but I was uncomfortable so we checked out anyway

Room wrecked of smoke. There was mold in the room. Not family friendly at all.

The customer service was good. They were flexible when the first room didn't work out. They also accomodated our change of plans. The facility exterior was pretty well maintained. Our room was dated and a little un-kempt with dusty floors and stained restroom.

The guy with long hair working the front desk during the day was the Type of person I wish worked at every motel. He was helpful and friendly and gave me no problems getting my room. Thanks bro

Clean hotel 6 area had dennys McDonald right in front of hotel Starbucks felt safe but no coffee no iron you give to put $20 cash down for an old iron no ironing board for the price at quick night to sleep had nice pool

Clean landscaping and comfortable beds. Frankie was during check in Customer service disrespectful. Franco wasn’t concerned about a pool incident where non guests threatened my girlfriend. When we alerted staff we were falsely accused of having a vicious dog. Totally false and it was the other way around. We were told we could extend our stay early the next morning and given a discounted rate . When I went to pay few hours later Sam said we had 30 minutes to leave. I asked why did they let us stay the night if there was an issue? This is after Sam inappropriately touched himself committing a lewd act in public. She was disgusted and scared to tell me what happed due to traumatic events happening at that property. We have Diamond and Platinum Elite statuses at multiple hotel chains and have never been treated this way. Our dog never has attacked anyone and is a service dog. Claremont Motel 6 avoid this place. Also the 2nd floor walkways are angled and tilted at a 15 degree angle and safety hazard and no interior cameras going upstairs from the office creating safety concern. We travel for work and excluding Frankie and Minkus the front desk staff is disrespectful and horrible.
