The room was smelling awful and the bed was poorly made, the room in general gave an impression that was dirty. I couldn’t use the bathroom because I was scared. The a/c was old and loud. Spend 5 minutes at the room and it was all it took for me to leave. Also there were a group of man clearly smoking pot in the balcony above me with a loud speaker. I was very afraid

The manager actually called me at work saying that they are going to have to move me out of my room because the check in staff gave me the wrong room. Moreno, she was very desensitized and lack the interpersonal skills of a manager. The hotel was very subpar period

I had stink bugs in my room for 3 days. One landed in my bed. It was a shady location kind of hidden from the main road & shady characters to boot. The ice machine was broken and there was no coffee maker. The shower curtain didn't cover the tub, and therefore water got all over the floor.

The new bathroom remodels were nice. Tub was clean. Everything else has a film on it. I booked a non smoking room but was given a smoking, and it smelled like am old biker bar. All of the people staying there seemed like crack heads and were right outside of my door yelling and singing until 1-2am. The need to get it together for sure.

The bed was clean and the shower had great pressure. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The walls were dirty, and the ironing board looked like it hadn’t been touched in ages. It felt like only the absolute basics were cleaned. Even the outside gave off more “flop house” vibes than “traveler-friendly stop.” It was cheap… and it showed.

Nothing Dry rotted bathroom door, that wouldn't close. cigarette burns on sheets ,comforter and bathtub. Roaches, wreaked of cigarette smoke.,, Old musty smell, Smoke detector hanging from ceiling. Most of the ceiling material is missing., Light sockets hanging from the wall

As I was leaving and getting into my car, I checked my credit card and saw that the $51.98 charge was listed in addition to the Expedia charge. I went back inside and told her, and she said she saw the charge and was fixing it and that she would speak to the staff.

THEY COULD NOT FIND MY RESERVATION I MADE MY RESERVATION THROUGH BOOKING DOT COM WEBSITE, AND THEY DISSAPOINTED ME MAKING ME WAIT WHEN I ARRIVED AT THE EXACT TIME (3:00PM) THAT I BOOKED THE ROOM FOR, AND THE ONLY GUY WORKING FRONT DESK TOLD ME A TOTAL OF ATLEAST EIGHT TIMES WITHIN SEVEN HOURS THAT HE COULD NOT FIND MY RESERVATION NOR GIVE ME ANY TYPE OF REFUND / LET ME STAY AT ALL. HE FINALLY "FOUND" IT AT 7PM AND CAME OUT AND TOLD ME SUCH, BUT HE WAS NOT TRYING TO FIND IT PRIOR AND WATCHED ME SIT OUTSIDE SMH I PAID AND WHAT HE DID WAS ILLEGAL I WAS NOT HAPPY THE NEXT MORNING HE KNOCKED BEFORE CHECK OUT AGAIN NOT HAPPY ZERO OUT OF TEN

Decent visit. Sink had a leak though. AC wasn't as cold as some of the other rooms there

First night wasn't the best. No towels, no TV remote, and the bed was horribly uncomfortable. Thankfully the staff did allow us to change rooms to another room, and everything was good afterwards

The clerk was attentive when the first couple of rooms could not be accessed. There was a $50 deposit requested at check in. I did not see this while booking with expedia. This was non refundable while booking, so what if we didn't have the extra 50 to give????

Nothing I slept on a bloody mattress. The air conditioning did not work, the housekeeping came in and threw away personal belongings, the front desk girl is very unprofessional and nasty attitude
