    I would NOT recommend this place for a stay. It was a stay to play for our team and everyone had a terrible experience. None of the food service listed on the website was available. No breakfast, no dinner, no bar, no snacks/drinks. The pool was closed. My room had black mold on the shower curtain and the safety latch for the door was broken. One of our families helped with a medical emergency and the phone didn’t work so they couldn’t call the desk or 911. The hot water was off and on. There wasn’t always someone at the front desk to help. I’m not one elevator was working and it would not always open up when you arrived at your floor. The airport shuttle looked like it had seen better days. This hotel has a lot of potential but it is not being taken care of. I will say that because of all the issues one of the staff members allowed us to use the dining and bar area for our team bonding and for the parents to all hang out and eat food we brought in. They also allowed us to use a cooler in the back. We were greatly appreciative the allowed us to do this.

    The property was clean staff was nice Didn’t like the fact that the workout facility was closed. The first room we stayed in the hot water didn’t work in the sink or tub and the toilet ran everytime you flushed the toilet. We got moved to the upper floor and it was the same issues. The water got hot in the sink but not in the shower and the toilet ran in this room as well. Thought the tv didn’t work but we had to connect it and put it on the right input.

    Beds Room was dirty water was cold put us in a room that was occupied men’s room broken elevator got trapped employees didn’t care about anything got stuck in room because door wouldn’t open. Ticket on my car even though I had turned my handicap plate number in. Tv broke air conditioning wasn’t working WILL NEVER stay there again

    Nothing went well. I found bugs in 2 of my rooms, yes 2. Why you ask? Well because nothing worked in the first 2 rooms. In the first room the TV did not work and after my shower a bed bug crawled out of the vent in the shower ceiling. So they moved me to the next room. The second room the TV and the mini fridge did not work. Finally onto the third room there was a dead spider in the bathroom, i found one of those million leggers just chillin on the wall, and then if you flushed the toilet the tank of the toilet where the water was stored would overflow every time. I paid $360.00 for 2 nights and I would of rather slept in my car. Breakfast buffet was sub-par, the staff were helpless and need to work on conflict resolution skills and attention to detail as well as customer service. I was directed to the "General Manager" for my concerns. He was at the bar absolutely wasted, so drunk I could smell the liquor when I'm 5 feet away from him like it was his cologne. I don't think drinking on the job is in his job description. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I will be contacting the health department and the BBB. I deserve to get my money back. When I checked in at 7:00 I did not get to bed until 1:30am because of all the errors and issues with each room. By room 3 I gave up. I was driving for 8 hours. This hotel is disgusting and ran poorly overall. If I could give negative stars I would. NOT A THING!!!!!!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC

    NA we had a room booked for quite awhile now & after 5 hours of traveling, when we arrived yesterday at 3pm, they stated our room was clean and ready to go. we go up to the room to find it destroyed. empty liquor and alcohol bottles were everywhere, 3 bags of trash laying around, an open can of cheese just chillin on the night stand, and the most atrocious, dirty looking bed. don’t even get me started on the smell either. immediately, this ruined the day because we had nowhere to get ready for a concert that started in an hour. us & 3 other families were left getting ready in the hallway of the hotel because we were told our rooms were clean and ready, however, they were the complete opposite. immediately, we went down to the lobby, returned our keys and said we would be back after the show. we checked in by calling the hotel around 7pm to see if there was a room update.. the lady we spoke to stated “your room is being cleaned right now as we speak” okay cool! fast forward to after the concert, we arrive at the hotel, and it’s now 2am. NO ROOM! what do you mean we have no room? don’t worry, we weren’t the only ones at this point now. about 15 others were left with no room for the night. the hotels excuse was “we only have one housemaid for the whole hotel” and “our second floor is abandoned due to no AC”. it was very easy for the 1 front desk attendant to refund everyone & make them fend for themselves because “they no longer had room for guests” EVEN WITH A RESERVATION IN ADVANCE! at this point and time it’s now 3am and no nearby hotels have any rooms, leaving us to make the decision of driving 5 hours back home at 315am‼️

    No toilet paper when we got to our rooms. Booked a double bed and had to wait 1:30 late for because they had no staff to clean. Tv in our room didn’t work at all. Grounds not kept up on the outside was sad because it had potential.

    Nothing. Waited in line 30 minutes to check in. Never could check in because of all of the other people in the lobby at 2 am having issues. Ended up leaving and driving 5 hours back home after a concert. Talked to someone on the phone the following day who assured me I was getting a refund that they had to clear it through their supervisor and to give them a few days for it to process. Money was never returned.
