    Room was not as clean as you would expect from a Marriott property. Breakfast and coffee was COLD and not well stocked. Tables at breakfast were all dirty, garbage was overflowing. Door locks to rooms need to be changed. We had trouble closing the doors and people across the hall couldn’t figure theirs out and she was yelling down the hall to whoever she was staying with that she couldn’t close it, this was before 8am! People above us I think were trying to play World Cup soccer in the room until 2am and then started up again at 7am! Talked to front desk about all the issues after she asked me how everything was, and just smiled at me when I told her. Her response was, “have a good day”! Won’t stay there again and not sure about any other Fairfield Inn. Marriott needs to step up their game with this hotel chain!

    This Hotel was conveniently located off of 24 with restaurants close by. Staff were very professional and helpful. Breakfast selections were plentiful and the area was kept clean and well supplied. The elevator went out of order the first morning of our stay, but it was repaired and running by noon. Overall the room was quiet even with several people in the hotel. Parking was convenient with plenty of spaces to choose from. Everything was clean and well cared for. I definitely would stay here again.

    I booked my hotel 4 days prior to my expected arrival with the 3rd party Booking.com. I traveled 6 hours to this location for my nephews high school graduation. We arrived at 4:55p and the graduation, which was located 3 min away, began at 6 pm. I went inside the hotel for what I thought would be an easy check-in process and boy was I wrong. I was told by front desk staff that my reservation could not be found due to using a new system. I showed where I had been charged 4 days prior, gave my reservation number, and my reason for even being there and my need for accommodations to make my event on time. The staff had to make a phone call to his boss to assist with finding my reservation. After waiting for the call to end, I was told to wait 5-10 minutes (that I really didn't have to spare) to get the reservation manually added. I waited while watching other customers come in and enjoy a hassle free check in for over 50 minutes. Yes! 50 minutes that I did not have to spare. We finally got in a room at 5:55 pm had to quickly shower and race to the graduation. I made it in my seat 8 minutes before they began announcing the graduating class of 2026. I did not appreciate this hotel dismissing my need to get into my room in a timely manner so that I could make the entire event. I also traveled with a kid who went into the bathroom facilities to brush her teeth and noticed that the sink plug wasn't up and functioning properly. We did not have time to inquire about it but she, by habit, had already used the stopped up sink to brush so her backwash was floating in water while we were gone. We did not have time to try to figure out this problem since it is past 6 pm and we have this event to get to. We were rushing, already. When I got back, I immediately went to front desk to request maintenance for the sink. Front desk told me if I push in the drain it would pop up and drain what was in the sink. I found this to be disgusting.

    Everything was super nice & clean, felt very safe. I will be back to this hotel again. Highly recommend this hotel, and the breakfast was excellent, nobody does it better.

    Didn't like the shower at all and water all over. Room just ok. Struck me as a Red Roof reconditioned into a Fairfield.

    We were on our way to an important meeting, had a long day of travel, and had an hour to get ready. When the guy showed up abot 20 minutes later, he told us that they did not have a handicapped 2 bed room. He wanted to give us a king room. I told him no, that I had made specific reservations for specific reasons. Without saying a word to us, he went in the back, about five minutes later he came out and walked right past us, down the hall, and got into the elevator. He did not say a word to us about where he was going or what he was doing. At that point we talked about just leaving.We decided that we would take turns, waiting for him, while the other changed in the restroom in the lobby. He was once again gone for around 25 minutes. We were just about to put our luggage back in the car and leave when he walked past us without saying a word again. I said to my friend that this is just unacceptable, and I think he heard me because then he walk over to the snack bar, grab two candy bars and two bags of chips and two waters and stick them in a gift bag. I was finishing putting on my shoes and getting ready to walk out the door, he called me over and said, your room is ready as if nothing had happened. At this point I was mad. They did not clean our room, we had to ask for towels. The pool had only 1 towel. The breakfast lady acted inconvenienced toward us. The bright spot was a young man named Cole. He went above and beyond to take care of our special needs.
