Chateau Motel

Room was clean and staff was friendly. The main issue is the location: it’s quite close to downtown Colorado Springs (10-mins walk), but the surroundings are very sus… lots of weird people walking around. I felt completely fine, but my 18-yo daughter didn’t feel very safe.

There were no kleenex in our room, hair dryer was broken, no ice or beverages available.

the outside look is a little deceiving. It is a slightly dated motel, but the rooms are clean, beds are very good, very clean linen, and showers/sinks are up to date. And the prices reasonable

What a gem!! The owners were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable. We will start again.

In town for our son’s graduation. The hotel was clean, quiet, and adequate. We don’t need a lot of bells and whistles, just a place to retreat from the business of the day. The staff was friendly and helpful without being intrusive, and took time for some casual conversation with us.

Ok....Im going to be honest. This motel needs an upgrade. The area it's in is sketchy. Having said that, my stay was quiet, the room was clean, the bed was adequate, I slept well.

Very quiet and clean !

This is not a $200/night motel. For the price is it a wonderful place. The bathroom was meticulously clean. Beds very comfortable. Staff very helpful and pleasent. There are a number of homeless in the area, but at no time did I feel unsafe. Only thing I wish they had was coffee. None in the rooms or office.

Property on the outside left much to be desired. Our room was nice, clean and roomy. Staff was friendly and helpful. We’d stay here again.
