The room was not clean, the staff was beyond rude before I even got in the building, her name is Shannon, then when I had something to say about how I was being treated they threatened to call the police on me after taking my money for my room

This place is a JOKE. They won't give you clean towels or any kind of house keeping until you are there for 14 days. I was there 11 days and had to wash my towels in the laundry room at $6 a load twice and take out my own trash every other day. There are no ammenities in the room. No blow dryer, iron, not even 1 cup...nothing. The staff was also extremely rude. My key kept on not working. 3 days in a row I had to walk 4 flights of stairs twice because I would get to my room and the key didn't work. DO NOT RECOMMEND and will never stay there again. Oh, and they allow pets so you hear barking all night.

At first glance this hotel seemed reasonably priced and in good condition. Upon arrival many issues arose. We were informed that because of the nature of the hotel the room would only be cleaned once every two weeks. Before even entering the room you could tell this property was not properly maintenanced by the foul smell coming from the carpets. Once we actually into the room the bathroom floors were disgusting and there was dust everywhere. At night the fire alarm flashed all throughout the night not even letting paying customers enjoy their stay. Taking a relaxing hot shower is unpredictable in this hotel because they simply do not have the water pressure or heat regulation to support its residents needs. The bed was honestly a joke as the frame wasn’t even connected to the headboard, it slid all around the floor, and it was very cheaply made. Not even in the outside of the property were you safe from the lack of attention from the hotel staff. Sudan’s and regular suvs double parking making it a hassle to almost impossible to find a parking spot at the hotel.

I had a very nice stay, the property was clean, the area wasn't sketchy, no one tried to tamper with my vehicle during my stay, able parking, close by stores and restaurants.

We wanted a place to stay for one night that was clean and affordable. Echo fit our simple needs - bed, bathroom, refrigerator and microwave. The entire facility was very clean and the staff helpful and friendly.

Lovely hotel, felt very safe and welcomed. Only complaint would be that the smell of weed on our floor was horrible. Non-smoking should be for all forms of smoking. Thankful it didn't seep into our room, just in the hallway.

The vending machine was done, there was only a person at the desk at check in, the TV was terrible. They have dish next work and the picture quality was bad. You could only listen to the TV. We stayed here 2 different times and both times about 3 am the person above us sounded like they were moving all the furniture around. The hallway freaked of cigarette smoke.

Great place to stay

It's the little things that matter. The toilet was a Hi Boy, oval bowl. I hate other hotels that have short little toilets and your almost sitting on the ground, thank you! And the bathroom it self was roomy, easy mobility and all the "beauty" business was inside the bathroom. The kitchen was spacious as well and full size refrigerator. Mattress was very firm, but mattresses are hard to find the perfect one. The entrance felt very business like, clean and accessible but lacked hospitality warmth.

Full size fridge was nice but no coffee machine and no coffee in the lobby. TV didn’t work we just gave up and went to bed. Limited towels like they forgot to do laundry. very nice establishment, but the staff wasn’t very helpful to people I saw in the lobby. (specifically a handicap woman)

Additionally, we were placed in a room next to one with a dog that barked all night long. This was never mentioned to us when we checked in. I certainly won’t be returning to this establishment, nor any other Wyndham facility if this is their way of managing hotels.

In the bathroom my shower and sink water ran cold the entire time

They place was ok. Its bad when staff take their dogs out to use the bathroom and dont clean up after them. Also there were several nights unhomed individuals were sleeping in the parking lot or next to the building.

Don’t bother with early check in. Overall stay was good

I never even stayed here I asked the staff to return my money after the staff was rude and disrespectful and very racist at the front desk at checkout check-in and I decided not to stay there so I never checked it at all. I want my money back and no one wants to give me my money back to say that I didn’t even say it and this lady was so disrespectful and rude at the front desk. I will never ever even go there to stay again if I have what’s going to is there anyway you can give me my money back After the disrespectful and rude front desk, woman was very very racist. I decided not to check and stay there. I’d ask you have my money back by my card because I never even stayed there and no one wants to give me back my money and I want my money back. Is there anyway you can give me that money?
