We loved it and will be back.

The owner was so sweet. He gave us goody bags with snacks & came to let us know he’d open the pool so our kids could swim! The room was so clean and comfortable. The water took a little bit to warm up but that’s not a huge deal!

Good location for food and hiking, updated furniture, microwave and comfy beds, downside was being given a smoking room when we asked for nonsmoking, also the amount of flies in the room and overall the walls/doors needing a good cleaning.

The motel was convenient to many of the areas attractions.

Very clean quiet place. Staff was very friendly. Rooms were good sized and comfortable. A/C system was noisy but worked well.

The bed was comfortable. We were disappointed that the pool was not open. I was saddened by the location, the homeless that were around.

We enjoyed our stay. Our room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the towels were soft. We had a park bench on the balcony right outside our door which allowed us time to take in the great view. The proprieter is very kind and thoughtful. This motel is within easy walking distance of several excellent restaurants, and just a short drive from Pike's Peak, Garden of the Gods, and Cliff Dwellings. Definitely a good choice if you are in the area.

The rooms were great and could not have asked for a better stay! Customer service was above and beyond!

The managers were super accommodating The walls were paper thin & we heard doors slamming & people yelling all night long. Did not get much rest.

Very nice updated room. Bedding was so comfortable. Shower felt great. Goody bags when we checked in were a nice surprise. Close to everything, easy parking and great view of the mountains. Would definitely stay there again. The fridge was in an awkward spot in the room a little hard to get to with the bed so close. But this was a small thing. Considering this place was awesome.

Exceptional

Front desk lady I assume was the owner was polite I guess Literally everything else was horrible. It was so bad we checked out after 30 minutes, we even were in a "king suite" it was dirty, it reminded me of a motel on Colfax in Denver. It's outrageously priced for flooring coming up and amenities not available

I was pleased with the spaciousness of the room so I am returning to the same room next week by request. It was also clean and the shower head was the nicest I've ever used.

A true gem.
